Ordered the large dresser many months ago. Unfortunately, all the c19 issues got in the way. Products, shipping, etc., made for a delayed build for the American Concealed Furniture professionals. But that was ok, very understandable. We were kept abreast of the situation & construction the entire time, complete with photos. We fine tuned the wood & stain by sending owner Tracy a few photos of where we would put it. He suggested alder, a perfect recommendation. Tracking the shipment into our state, all was going smooth…..until a transfer to a subsidiary freight company. The dresser was significantly damaged and returned. The all-stars at ACF expeditiously constructed another dresser & it was quickly in our home. The dresser fits perfectly, is gorgeous, and there is no doubt these craftsmen are superb, make an outstanding hand built product, and totally support their customers. The covid delay plus the damage delay did not hamper our spirits. We had total faith and confidence in the professionalism of the entire staff of ACF. Our utmost praise & thanks go out to them. ...

I ordered one of their concealed products, first off they told me from when I placed my order there was going to be a considerable delay, they were very upfront in what to expect, especially with everything going on in todays world. Katy was very attentive, she answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. Good things definitely come to those who wait! It finally arrived today, packaged like you would not believe! not a mark on it, not even a smudge! Just a little light dusting and it's ready to go! The quality of the furniture is amazing! I ordered two nightstands from ACF. The team was in close communication with me on shipping dates. When they arrived, they were fantastic. High quality, solid wood, sturdy with a beautiful finish.
