I've been here every day this week and will be back next week! It was a great place to hang while my kids were in camp at the rec center. We live kind of far and driving home and back was a lot for a half-day camp.

Space: Clean and open. Lots of plugs and chargers to use throughout the space make working possible. Wifi is available. There's even a cute lil space for rent if you wanted to host a small event. I'd love to have a board game night or meet up with friends. Bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated.

Tried different things each day. Lots of fun breakfast and coffee/tea options. Food/drink

Here are my reviews: Iced coffee: strong. I'm used to light coffee. I found myself shaky for the day but that is normal for me. Good flavor, great service. Chai tea: love love love this. Hibiscus iced tea: very flavorful. Opted for the unsweetened and it was a great alternative.

Spinach and tomato quiche: this was good. The tomatoes were sundried, that was a flavor I wasn't expecting.

Cookies: chocolate chip- didn't get to try them but my kids liked them!

Asiago bagel- perfect choice for me! I don't like sweet things for breakfast and it was nice to have this savory choice.

Coconut macaroon- this was delicious. Dipped in chocolate and they even mentioned that they are gluten free. They kept it separate from the other items and I appreciate they took that extra step.

The music selection is a good mix of jazz,...

First time trying this place out. Unfortunately a bad first impression. Owner / Manager told me it would be 30 minutes, understandable, it’s a busy Friday morning in a local coffee shop. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes before standing up to see if my order was almost done (2 coffees, one bakery treat). I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt, they seemed understaffed, but I noticed customers that had come after me were already served. At the 40 minute mark I could no longer wait. I asked for a refund. The Owner / Manager asked me if he could check on my ticket, I obliged, sadly the ticket had been misplaced. He didn’t seem too worried about my order, plenty of other customers I suppose.. Unlucky.

Update: Went back here last Friday, ordered 6 drinks and 2 sandwiches. The girl told me 15 minutes. Everything was made in a timely manner and the bagels were delicious. Super kind and even offered to help me to my car. Nearly a night and day difference from my first visit. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and...

I enjoyed my experience, especially because I am picky about coffee, I have to say the coffee tastes great and the flavors supported the coffee and were not overpower. The owner is also open to critique which I felt was very community minded and I enjoyed asking questions. I can't wait for the full opening so I can be a regular. Highly recommend as soon as you can get there. šŸ‘ Update: I'm going to leave the rating because the coffee is good but the muffins were way overbaked. Updates on the update: they are making everything better, come back soon for some exciting summer flavors. They are perfecting their cooking and recipes so they are worth coming back to. šŸ˜‹ I'm not giving up on them and they aren't giving up either! Update 3.0 I love this place, it feels like home in this precious city and I'm always excited to visit. Sweetest owners and always delicious coffee!!!

Everywhere I travel I search for a highly rated, independent coffee shop. I wasn’t expecting to find one in Greenville, TX for some reason - I figured there’d just be the usual suspects. When I saw Prairie Coffee and 5 stars I knew I had to stop. The place is huge with a variety of seating options, yet cozy. I got the iced vanilla latte and my bf got a smoothie and the protein balls. I love that we were served in glassware for dine in! You rarely see that anymore. The latte was a delicious as it was beautiful! Whether you’re a local who hasn’t tried it yet, or passing through in search of the best coffee, this is THE PLACE to come!
