Me and my best friend have 2 years old with autism and Sensory issues and we was in Greenville and wanted to try here and have a good lunch the cashier was nice she came sat down and talk to us the kids started to scream and the manger said hey shoosh so the kids stop they seen food and waited about patiently for there food they sat down and played but got upset every time the food would pass us so we finally got food the kids ate didn’t make a mess they the kids wanted to play the manger is like come on dudes not again as we left we though our trash way and walking out the door he like thank God because we was leaving . I loaded my son up and went back to have a talk with him and ask what his problem was I told him sorry but the kids has special need and has he ever dealed with them he said no ok so u don’t no how to handle kids like mine and they didn’t even make a mess so I think that’s a good thing and told him u can keep 2 years quiet he said that his every day customers was complaining because of the noise and that this is a quiet restaurant they come and eat in peace and not hearing a bunch of kids screaming and hollering and I said so basically you’re not a kid friendly Restaurant with kids that has autism and didn’t appreciate what he had said. Did he apologize? Nope, he sure did not instead of fixing the problem. He just walked away and I told him I will write your review about him so I don’t recommend anybody taking her kids there. Hey they did definitely does not deserve a one star rating. It should be a zero. The food was OK not the best. The service to the other people were great. I had no problem, but that manager was awful...

Best meat n three in town! FOOD Meatloaf with collards and Mac n cheese with cornbread OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!

The chicken and rice soup with cornbread and grilled cheese + drink special was the perfect lunch for a cold winters day

The soup was thick and hearty and I crumbled the sweet cornbread into it. Its is always my favorite when I get the grilled chicken plate with their melt in your mouth collards and unforgettable macaroni and cheese!

The grilled cheese sandwich was perfect for dipping and they teased me with 2 perfectly crispy fries which make me want to try a burger next time

Other delicious food - the grilled chicken Greek salad is delicious

SERVICEThe whole time I was there the drive thru was buzzing so you can opt for that but the find the dining room service second to none. They greet you warmly and make sure you are attended to and your tea glass is full.

ATMOSPHERE Classic casual local family owned establishment. Lots of memorabilia honoring the decades of this restaurant's history. This is where you will see familiar faces and fell like you're surrounded by friends and neighbors.

VALUE Excellent value for the money

Felt as if I were being rushed while placing order through drive thru. The guy taking my order would say "that it, that it, that it" after every.single.thing. I ordered. Rushed me so much, I said I wanted a small Sprite, 4 ranch & he didn't even get those down. I had to go inside to obtain those items. Explained to the cashier that I felt rushed, manager or owner in the back ground "ohhhh poor baby, I'm soooooo sorry." Then has the nerve to say "its lunch we rush, trying to get people in & out." That doesn't mean you can't be polite & get the orders correct and have customer relations! Will never, ever order from there again! Oh & pretty sure they cook everything in the same fryer. My chicken fingers were partially burnt and ranch...
