Spencer's — Local services in Greenville

I assume, based on percieved level of authority over the other employee, that the person I took exception with today was a manager and/or trainer. They misgendered my friend multiple times and, when politely corrected, was rudely dismissive. They then continued to misgender my friend, ignoring all use of correct pronouns, and took to ignoring all customers near the register. The person who rang us up, however, exhibited no such bigotry and is the only reason for even 1 star on this review.

Not a good experience, to say the least. I left without completing the jewelry part of my own purchase and declined signing up at this store...

I drove all the way to the mall today to go to Spencer for a particular item and when I get there the people standing and sitting down at the doorway told me I couldn't enter without a mask I told them I didn't have to wear a mask they said it didn't matter so just because of that I took my business somewhere else which was Zumiez.. I'm pretty sure your guys' business has been doing pretty low since the pandemic but if a customer doesn't want to wear a mask you shouldn't have to make them or make them leave because of it kinda not a good way to sell or make business..and just cause of the push away I will never shop there...

This gots to be by far the worst store I’ve been too, they act like they can’t help with returning the items you got. Customer service terrible!!! They give you a number to call so you can return or exchange a item, their call line is so backed up I had to wait on the phone for 20 mins before I could talk to somebody and when I did get through the girl told me to wait again and then hung up. That is just crazy. I called again and chose the call back option and and when I answered they hung up again didn’t let me get time to get to my phone. This...
