This place is a scam. DON'T PAY EXTRA FOR INSURANCE. I paid extra for insurance on a chain and then took it in to get it fixed the other week and it was in worse shape when I picked it back up. There were 3 links that were supposed to be taken out because they were a little bent. The insurance didn't even cover it they made me pay an additional $22 (with tax) because the insurance ONLY covers "O rings", which they do not inform you of when they try to sell you the insurance. So a few days later I come back to pick up the chain and the 3 links were never taken out that had gotten bent. Instead he tried to "unbend" them and ended up actually causing 5 links to be bent in the process. I didn't notice until I got home and took it out of the plastic bag so I immediately called them. Talked to a girl who said the guy that fixes their jewelry didn't speak english well so she couldn't really explain to him what I was saying and she would call me back when she figured out what to do. She ended up speaking with the owner who had happened to come into the store and they said I could come get my $22 back that I was charged since it was not fixed or I could have them take out all of the 5 links that were bent. But see if I let them do that then it will shorten the length too much and that's also 5 whole links just gone for nothing out of a $400 chain. So oh well, I thought, I'll just go get the $22 back and be stuck with a bent chain. Called up today to find out if they wanted me to bring the damaged chain with me in order for me to get my refund. Instead of a simple yes or no the girl tells me she can't help me and to call back on the 11th to speak with someone else. They literally told me last week to come back any time for my refund and they would have done it over the phone if I had paid with my card in the first place. But now they magically have no information about it and can't help me. So now I'm stuck with a bent chain that they damaged MORE than it was originally and I can't even get my $22 back for the hack job they did attempting to "fix it". I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only positive thing I can say is that the girl who talked to me last week was very polite and tried her best to help me. But I guess the owner/manager is too busy swimming in all that extra insurance money to give 3 shi** about who they're...

I spent a lot of money at this store purchasing jewelry for my whole family. This last time I visited the store, the owner was there. His attitude was very unpleasant to say the least. I was trying to repair my two braclets (for the third time) and he spoke to me in a tone as if it was my fault and I was asking for a handout. Smh he raised his voice In front of my children which really disturbed me. He didn’t even call when it was ready. I’m not spending any more of my hard earned money at this place and I highly suggest anyone...

The owner Clinton was very disrespectful and treated me as if I didn’t matter. Ask him to test his jewelry before you buy it. I also heard that he treats his employees very poorly. He clearly values money over relationships.
