TWILL — Local services in Greenville

This is my second time in the store. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt my first time in, but after 2 visits of the same treatment, I needed to share. Both times upon entering the store, I haven’t been greeted or acknowledged. The woman at the front desk/checkout looks up to see you, then puts her head back down. I’m perusing the racks and accumulating clothes to take into the dressing room. I have never been asked if they can take them for it or if I needed help finding anything. It’s interesting that when other customers have come in during my time in store (that assumingly, the employee knows), they’re greeted and treated with respect. Twill is one of the best women’s boutiques in Greenville! They have a fabulous selection of women’s clothing ranging from jeans and sweaters, to nice dresses and blouses and everything in between. They also have a great selection of accessories! The prices are reasonable and all of the clothes are amazing! They have items that are “trendy” and also some classic/timeless items you can wear for a long time. The employees are all very friendly and helpful! They will offer suggestions and help you as needed but are not overbearing. They’re also great at helping “lost” boyfriends/husbands if they are looking for something for you for a gift!
