We wanted to get wedding invitations done. Our first meeting at Paisley and Paper went very well- the owners daughter knew how to make great invitations and brought our ideas to life. We started this process almost a year in advance to ensure we could check this off the list of to dos. We were promised a draft in 10 business days, and after almost two months of requesting a draft we finally got one. We immediately got changes sent over and finalized but it was not until 2 more months later the save the dates were printed. We were told they were working on the invites for the wedding, but 2 more months passed without any communication even after calling and emailing. My mom finally went up to the shop and were told the envelopes we wanted had been our of stock for two months but they had failed to communicate this sooner. We were happy to pick another envelope but upset that this was not communicated. We were then promised only a week to print, but it took almost another month and that is only after my mom contacted the owner and explained the situation since we were now close to the time to send out the invites.
Essentially, what should have taken 4 weeks to print took about 7 months with no apology or explanation from the original person even after months of trying to communicate and get this done. Out of stocks are outside of their control, but communication, honesty, and printing are in their control. I will never...

As a warning, I was raised on engraved Crane Stationary because my parents owned a card shop. But I am hands down one of the least artistic people I know. I have high expectations because I was raised with them and yet I am blessed with an incredible lack of ability to produce those on my own. Know you own weakness(es) and trust a professional
In the lost of art of paper invitations, I had to cast a wide search net over 90 miles away to find this wonderful boutique. I called contacts in Atlanta-- and could not even get a call back. I found this business on the internet, called and spoke with the owner who promptly assisted me. MARTY was fabulous, as was her staff!
As a busy lawyer and mom, who now and then tries to be a southern lady, I was able to place myself in the palm of her hands, and she delivered on time! Rather than being turned off by my direct line of questioning and my specific requests, they exceeded my expectations and turned around a great product over a weekend in less than five days at my doorstep. This transaction took me less than 20 minutes total. Being separated by 90 miles never once changed the service level or quality or responsiveness to my request. If you want a live person to help you, with fabulous taste, call...
Read moreIf you are in need of Personalized Products - do NOT use Paisley and Paper. I ordered personalized napkins on a Thursday for a Corporate event; I was promised that I would have my order the next Wednesday (day of event). I did not receive any follow up from P&P so I called Wednesday morning to see when I could pick up my order. I was informed that their printer malfunctioned the day before and was sent off for maintenace - they were "sorry", but would be able to provide the 200 napkins I needed. The rep offered a discount the plain (un-personalized) napkins for me and when said "yes, I would like to do that" her response was "well, we do not have any plain napkins that we stock to sale...all of our napkins have designs, so....".
Conclusion: Do not count on P&P to help you meet a deadline on personalized products. Go with more reliable places like Swoozies on Woodruff Rd or Gages...
