Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Greenville

The chicken salad was good... but....... Pro - There were about 50 people working between the kitchen staff and counter help. Con - They were obviously overstaffed, and apparently got their employees at the local high school.

Pro - They have take out. Con - You have to wait for half an hour while they figure out how to smear a spoonful of chk. salad on 2 pieces of bread, throw a tomato on...

Pro - They have good tea. Con - You better hope so, because you will have to wait the half hour inconvenience period. You have to get your cup filled with ice and tea, and wait another 28 minutes for your food. There are no condiments.

Pro - They figured the process out eventually. Con - I only get 30 minutes for lunch, so I had to cram the food down in my car on my way back.

It is OBVIOUSLY another mall franchise who can't find their customer svc. with both hands (x 3).

I would have graded it a half star, but that wasn't an option.

Tighten it up....

I ordered an extra scoop of chicken salad for one of my meals when I placed the order over the phone. It was not included and when I inquired about the extra scoop, I was told that I did not order it and they tried to charge me for another full scoop. I realized when I got back to the office that they had also left out two grape salads. When I called, I was told that every order is checked. I feel like I was basically called a liar. Please know that I am a professional with the upmost integrity. I am not petty enough to call and complain if there is not a legitimate complaint. This was my first experience at CSC and I’m so disappointed. I placed an online order for a salad. A classic salad with a scoop of Classic Carol chicken salad. My daughter picked it up, and went elsewhere to pick up lunch for herself. I just opened my container and see a bowl of lettuce with a scoop of chicken salad. That’s a salad?
