I have a Howard Miller clock and unfortunately I am very disappointed with his services, I requested to be fix the sound and the time and the repair man did not provided the information I needed to be aware to take a decision. He said, he will fix the time but not the sound and I replied go ahead and repair. He fixed the part for the time, but not the sound, he did not explained that fixing the time part I needed to replace again the whole thing if I decided to fix the sound. Taking to another place to be fix, I will need to pay the $ 239.29 AGAIN because it needs to replace the whole part.
