I had a very bad experience here and received terrible customer service. I walked in ready to look at and purchase a gold rope chain. However from the second I walked into the store the women behind the counter had a very negative attitude and showed me she had no intention of helping me complete a purchase. I explained to her the thickness and length I was looking for and she rolled her eyes as she went to get some merchandise. She refused to tell me the width of the chain she took out and told me that’s not how they do business. She was incredibly rude and put away the chains before I could even get a good look at the clasps or how they looked. When I asked if I could try one of the chains on with a pendant I had brought she told me I didn’t have to try anything on and should know how it’ll look on me just by seeing it on the counter. Overall the customer service was very poor and she tried to make it seem like she was doing me a favor by selling me something. This was especially disappointing because I had been in the store before as a customer. I told her I was leaving and was very upset with how she had treated me and she said nothing at all and turned around. I will never bring any more of my business here and will definitely not recommend this store to anyone...
