I just wanted to say that my Fiance and I just had a wonderful experience not once, but twice within 2 days with your company. I am not a mall shopper, and it just seemed logical to shop for 2 wedding bands in a place where there are many different jewelry stores .I purchased a ring shortly after entering the mall. I had intended to continue looking,and if I had found something I liked better, I would return the original purchase. I went to several jewelry stores and I found many things that I liked, however, The things in other stores were more than I wanted to spend or materials that I did not care for. My last stop before the mall closed was at Rogers and Hollands jewelry. The sales associates were extremely pleasant,and helpful. I found exactly the ring I wanted for just the right price. Because I loathe mall shopping, I do not care for rings that require 6 month inspections in order for them to maintain a warranty. For an extra $100, I purchased a Lifetime warranty that does not require that the Ring be Inspected. They also went out of their way to take the time to help me identify a very old ring that my fiance had found. It turned out to be a very interesting history rich item needing a good cleaning. Due to the lovely experience, My fiance and I went back the very next day when he was feeling better, And purchased a ring for him that was the perfect compliment to the ring I purchased the day before. He also purchased the lifetime warranty. The sales associates both remembered me, and we're very warm once again even though they could have assumed I had a problem with my purchase. All the way around, it was a delightful experience and I would recommend them highly. My current wedding band was spinning around my finger and the diamonds were facing my palm. I was looking for an upgraded ring as a want- not a need. We went to another jeweler prior to R&H and they didn't have anything I wanted to we would have needed to custom build/design a ring. They also offered to clean my ring which I allowed them to do. At R&H, they listened to my wants and were very open and welcoming to my jewelry perspective. They brought out several different options and didn't push me to buy anything that I wasn't in love with. Luckily, I found a piece that fit perfectly that we purchased. R&H offered to clean my ring and we mentioned that the previous jeweler just cleaned it to which they just offered to take a peek. There was still obvious debris on my ring from a shoddy cleaning job at the other place. Overall, we had a great shopping experience there and will definitely be going back for any jewelry need (OR WANT). They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and had a great selection of inventory. So I am very pleased with how it turned out. Still not pleased with the way the corporate headquarters treated me. But the Greenwood store did great!
Beware of this store!!!!! They donāt deserve one star! I will never buy anything from them again. I bought a white gold cross with a tiny diamond in the center. My bill of sale CLEARLY states that workmanship is guaranteed for one year. After having just a couple of months the diamond fell out. They will not repair or exchange without charging me half of what it is worth! I called their home office to complain and she was very rude and condescending to me. She just kept telling me what I already know. Mamā¦.we sent it off and they concluded it is not a manufacture defect! Well what is it then. They put the diamond in there. They say wear and tear. I had it a couple months! I would rather pay someone else to repair it then give them another dime! The good reviews! clearly they havenāt had a defect.
