Group of 7 this time, this is our 3 time here. We were here opening day also. Opening day service was awesome but the food wasn't cooked right, we decided that it was because it was opening day and trying to get it right. The second time the food improved and the service was great but a manager from another store was treating everyone terribly, customers and servers. Asking why we needed a condiment we asked for, reaching across us to "drop" things to the next person, and pushing the waitress to "speed it up" in front of the customer, wasn't a good experience. This trip the server was very detached, and seemed to be more interest in other tables. I orders half rack ribs, Mac n' cheese and fries. The ribs were so tough I had to saw through them with my steak knife, and apparently the mac'n' cheese comes in a bag. I got the bag. The waitress saw it and said, "I can't believe they did that again," and walked off. I removed the bag and proceeded to try the mac'n'cheese, and 2 bites in, found a quarter size piece of the torn bag. After waiting 25 minutes for the waitress to return, I explained my concerns, to which I got a,"are you guys all done? I can bring the check..." No offers to remake a lousy rack of ribs, no concern for plastic in the side dish, just don't understand the strong push for "Greenwood's best restaurant" and then allow everything to fall on its face. Hard to want to bring our large household family here with food and service in question now 3 times in a row.

I, unfortunately, have to retract a previous 5 STAR review on the basis of poor service at the management level. Corey, a Restaurant Manager at this location, made the choice to NOT accommodate a guest request of seating a party of 9 at three low tops that were available at the time of our party's arrival. Background: We called ahead to make reservations for a large party of 9 at 7PM on a Sunday. This restaurant does not take reservations. We were told over the phone they would have no issue getting us seated. We arrived 30 minutes early assuming it may take some time to get seating for a party of 9. While waiting, the manager, Corey, came out to our group in the vestibule to inform us that they would not move three tables together because the tables were in two separate server's sections, but they could seat us at a high top that would seat all of us. We were seated about 10 minutes after 7PM at TWO 8-tops that were not and could not be moved together. At the time of writing this review, two of the low tops were filled and another 3 were cleared and empty in the same dining section, suggesting it would have been possible to accommodate a guest request in a half empty restaurant at a dinner rush. This review is written by someone who works as management in Hospitality. This is unfortunate that a restaurant that normally operates at a higher caliber than most family restaurants has dropped it's service standards out of neglect or laziness. Corey, this review is for you!

I brought my son for his birthday. It was a significant birthday and was excited to bring him to Twin Peaks. We came around 7:30pm. The girl that sat us was less than welcoming but eventually escorted us to a table. Sun was setting and was beaming through my son's eyes making it difficult to have a conversation. So we apologized and requested a different table. That caused an apparent issue. There were many open tables. Anywho we needed to come back up to the entry to wait for the table. Manager was up there and clearly annoyed with us. Finally after about 10 min the same ticked girl ushered us to a table only to say .. there no sun. Mmk... I guess we upset the hottie. Waitress was nice but less than thrilled to be a waitress, placed our order. Food was amazing. We ordered mainly appetizers to try several things. The Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake was amazing. The place has tons of t.v.s great for any game. I was mainly off put by the snark.

This was our first (and last) experience at this location of Twin Peaks. We were greeted and seated immediately, and the server came right over. She was friendly and meant very well, but clearly inexperienced. Still no big deal. But then we waited at least 10 minutes for our beers, and when our food finally arrived, both of our meals were missing key items. (Salsa and grilled jalapeños for my husband, and blue cheese for me.) we were also missing the fries we ordered.

The first missing items came relatively quickly, but I stopped eating and just waited for my fries to arrive. After about 10 more minutes, she came back to check on us again, and I said we’re still waiting on our fries and we’ll take two free beers. She came back with the fries and said her manager said no to the beers.

At this point, my husband was done with his meal, and we both had empty beers. I’d been saving my wings for when my fries arrived so they were now cold, so we sent the fries back since I wasn’t going to eat wings and fries without a beer, and I didn’t want to spend one more penny here.

Again, the server was very sweet and apologetic, but what led me to write this review was the blatant disregard by the manager. He simply said no (fine- his choice), but never bothered to come to our table to find out what led us to ask for this accommodation.

I’ve been in the service industry for 25+ years, and this was simply...
