My name is Erika Green agreement number is E1963767. I purchased a washer and dryer set the end of November from the Greer SC store. After waiting over two weeks I contacted the store in regards to my delivery date. Brad informed me that they were behind on from Black Friday and would setup for the following weekend. I was frustrated but understood do to staff shortages a lot of places are having during the pandemic. It was delivered on finally on the 12/18 on a Saturday I notice during the 1st use of the washer machine the washer machine was leaking water. That Sunday once the store open I called and let them know something was wrong with the machine. Brad the manager informed me he would have a member of his come out and look into it. The gentleman came and informed me it was a manufacturing defect and that they would have to reorder me another machine. He informed me Brad the manager would contact me with more in-depth details. I waited 14 days for Brad to contact me and never heard him. I took it upon myself to contact him. When I called he said that he had the washer on order and he would contact me in a few days to setup delivery. Another week or goes by and I had not heard anything. I get a call on Jan 1st in regards to my payment I informed the gentleman that I was still waiting on the correct merchandise and doesn’t feel I should have to pay for something I unable to use and been waiting weeks for. He then apologized and said that he and the manager Brad was unaware of the incident I informed him Brad was aware of it because I reached out to him. That gentleman then tells me he would call me back with answers but never did. Another week goes by it’s now the 2nd week in Jan and I called to speak with Brad and told him I was highly upset that ordered in November and it’s now Jan and yet still nothing has been done. He informed me it would be delivered on Wednesday 01/19. The 19th came and no one called or delivered my washer. I called the store twice and was told Brad was unavailable so I left my name. It’s now 01/27 and still I have not been delivered my washer. This is very sad customer service despite the pandemic i as a customer should feel valued. I would like the store to just come get the washer and dryer set please and refund the money I paid. Read moreI have a broken computer with a warranty, and an Aaron's guy showed up at the door. The guy said, "Oh, it's broken," and pulled out his phone like he was threatening to call the authorities. He was a ginger man. My mom and brother showed up at the door and said, "We have a warranty on it," but he just continued to call the woman and didn't let my mom talk to the woman on the phone. So my mom dropped the computer on the ground. Our dog was trying to get out the door, and he just let our dog get out the door because the front door is wide open, and we were all cussing and fussing this guy out. We've been having car troubles trying to buy another car, and we're not going to be paying on something that's broken. We were telling him to get off our porch, and he didn't; he just stood there talking to that woman and not listening at all. But then we called the front desk woman, and she did not listen at all. She's a Black woman, so her and my mom were talking for about 14 minutes, trying to explain to her we also got a drawer that we never got, and the woman wasn't listening. Then finally, she still wasn't understanding but was going to tell whoever's above her and give us a call the next day. They never called back. But they sent that man by himself, which is not safe at all, and he was not professional at all. Not to mention, she also tried saying we threw the computer at him like that has to do with anything, which we didn't. I hope this place closes down and that guy gets fired for being an a-hole...
Read moreMy grandmother in law had contacted this place a month ago to come and pick up the stuff she’s purchased from them because she can not afford in anymore with her landlord throwing her out of her rented house to make more money off of the house and she had recently lost her husband. But when contacted, they said they will take care of it the next week. The next week came and they haven’t came and picked up anything, so we contacted them again and they said they will take care of it. The next week came and they still have not taken care of it, so we call them AGAIN! And they still haven’t came and picked it up and tried to charge her. So me and my wife went up there today to speak to them and the lady said she didn’t hear anything about it. Then said they can not refund her since it’s been in her possession when we tried telling them to pick it up before they took it out. So there is no communication between workers, their prices are outrages, and they say they will do something but will not. I don’t know what it is about people wanting to take money from an old lady who lost her husband and is getting kicked out of her house but we are all upset and will not purchase anything or recommend anyone from buying here and will tell them this store if we are asked about Aaron’s or what we think about them, because this...
