MUST READ AND STAY AWYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. Absolutely Disgusting Experience – DO BETTER, Taco Bell.
I came in to place a simple order: a Mexican Pizza, veggie only with light sauce, and the new Mountain Dew drink. What I got was nothing short of offensive, careless, and downright disrespectful.
First, the drink. I walked up to the counter, and the employee handed me the wrong one. I politely told him that’s not what I ordered, and instead of correcting the mistake, he kept pushing it on me—literally trying to force me to accept something I didn’t order. I had to firmly say NO and request a refund before he even started to take me seriously. Strike one.
Then I get my food and discover MEAT in it. Not just a mistake—beef. I do not eat beef for religious reasons, which I clearly stated in my order. I walked back inside to show them the issue, and I was met with smirks, laughter, and complete lack of care from the staff. It felt intentional, like they were mocking me. This isn’t just a bad order—this is tampering with someone’s beliefs, and that is NOT okay.
When I asked for a refund, they told me no because I had taken a bite. Excuse me? You served me the wrong item, with ingredients I explicitly cannot eat, and now you won’t refund me because I had to taste the mistake to even know it was wrong?
And the final blow? One of the employees smiled and said, “God will forgive you.” I’m sorry, WHAT?! You mess with my religion, you laugh about it, and then you think throwing a religious one-liner makes it better? This isn’t just appalling customer service—this is grounds for a lawsuit.
Taco Bell, you need to take accountability. You messed with someone’s dietary restrictions, laughed in their face, denied a refund, and then added insult to injury with a condescending remark. This is unacceptable on every...
Read moreWe stopped to get take out at this place while driving home from Mississippi late one night. I’ve been to a couple of Taco Bell’s before, but this one was like Chick-fil-A. As soon as we pulled up to the drive thru they immediate took out order. By the time we pulled up to the pickup window the lady was waiting to greet us with out food 😳. The best part was everything was right, fresh and hot. The food was filled to the top and there was a nice amount of toppings / ingredients that we ordered. I didn’t get 1/3 of a soft taco because I ordered it with no lettuce. They actually offered me a free substitute ingredient. I added tomatoes instead of the lettuce. All the other restaurants would’ve definitely charged me a fee. The workers were very pleasant and I can tell they liked their job, or were good at hiding their dislike. They seemed motivated and cared about our satisfaction. They acted like customer satisfaction was at the core of their job and they did not disappoint. Thanks to your mama’s for raising such good young people, and thanks to the training department for training such great employees. I would do everything I could to keep them if I was the owner. Thank you very much for such a pleasant experience at a late...
Read moreI love Taco Bell, just not this one in particular. Every time I would order something from this one, the order would be wrong somehow. Rude servers whenever we would get up to the counter inside or drive-thru window.
A couple times in a row (There was a long time passed between each order from this specific Taco Bell.) I ordered some thing with steak and would get chicken instead. Didn't check it until I got home, and by that time I was too tired to go back out. But seriously, like really? How do you mix those 2 up? Multiple times? Weeks apart from each order?! To the same person?!? So, now there is a joke between me and a few friends, "Remember order the brown steak, not the white steak."
I know if I want Taco Bell, I have to go out of my way to get it on the way home from work instead of just stopping by this one. Definitely worth the hassle.
Ps: I gave a 2nd star for...
