Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

so we have been waiting on a refund for our terrible order for over 3 weeks now!!! so when we got our pizza, MOST of the toppings were slid OFF the crust in a pile inside the box!! The rest of the pizza was just trying to keep it together almost as much as me.. needless to say we didn't eat that night.. we were told that this issue was happening more and more often lately and DoorDash was responsible.. called DoorDash and they said it was Little Caeser's problem.. we were told we would get a full refund for our order in 5-10 business days and it has been WELL OVER that long.. so we called again and STILL, neither DoorDash nor Little Caeser's is taking responsibility!! now with no hope of a refund at all!! Keep playing with people's money as if they didn't earn it so they can feed themselves for another day, or as if your company is exempt from consequences.. I will ((eat y'all)) instead if I dont see my money asap! I am not above it...

Overall Experience was Great All Employees Very Welcoming Polite,Kind Respectful and Professional.Store Was Very Clean.Ordered a Meatlovers Stuffed Cheese Crust Medium.It was Delicious had alot of Meat.Forgot to Take Picture.They ate it up in 10 minutes Will Go Back. Update last week can't Remember what day.I called an order over Phone the Young Man I spoke to was Very Polite,Kind Respectful and Professional he read my Order back to me.Said be 15 minutes.My Boyfriend went to pick up order was ready on time Fresh Hot and Delicious. The Young Man at Register was Very Nice his Name was Kendall R.My Boyfriend said he was Very Professional And Very Nice.Keep up the Good Work and Smile and Being Nice With Customers goes Along way.See...

Ordered a large pepperoni and a large cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was okay, the pepperoni on the other hand looked as if a toddler was playing with the pizza cutter. Multiple slices were not triangular slices. Along with burnt cheese on top that was brown and black. This pizza was obviously a cheese with pepperoni thrown on top and baked again. I had to return the next morning with the pizza in hand and the manager on duty was more than helpful by replacing my entire order. Lesson to be learned here is... if the cashier stares at you while she's giving you your order there is most likely an issue...
