DQ Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Griffin

Friendly service and hot fresh food. Love their ice cream too. Just wish their prices were a little lower because for our family of 4 it's always around $70 to eat there for chicken fingers and ice cream.

Update 02/05/23 My daughter and I went here for lunch today. It was $30 for two chicken finger baskets without drinks and 2 blizzards (one small and one medium). I tried using one of the coupons on the app but she said they don't accept them because they don't have a scanner. When I was ordering I asked for onion rings instead of fries on one of the baskets and the cashier said that was fine but when I got my food both baskets had fries. I took one of the baskets back up there and told her I was supposed to have onion rings in one of my baskets and she proceeded to ring me up for an order of onion rings. I asked why she was charging me and she said she didn't put it on my ticket so there wasn't anything else she could do to help me. My daughter got the chocolate extreme blizzard and there was hardly anything in it. It almost looked like a cup of vanilla ice cream it was so light. She had to take it back up there and get them to make her a new one. When ordering I had asked for 2 cups of ice water and we never received them. I think next time I'll drive a little further and go to another...

Love this specific location! The owners seem to remember customers that return. The OWNERS here are great at making u feel like friends dropping by for a quick bite Food is always fresh n very tasty!

Update😿: this last time was not so friendly. The male in drive thru was on his phone the entire time. He simply reached out with open hand for my payment... not stating how much or even a greeting. Didn't give my drink until after the meal was handed out. Could've been sipping my drink while waiting. Gave my meal, drink, receipt & card with one hand, without a word to me. While still chatting on the phone with the other hand, he simply shut the window. No greeting, no asking if I need condiments, not one word! Was NOT busy as I was the only customer inside or out.

Update: after frequenting the DQ closet to home several times... I returned here and just like before... AWESOME ALL AROUND U get friendly and attentive staff, not otherwise engaged. U get assembled food, not slapped together in hast. Just look at my burger pics! I ate the cheese curds before photographing, they were piping hot and the crispy thin breading was...

I wouldn't even give this place a one star. Rude, inconsiderate, hateful and just out right classless!!! I ordered 4 small blizzards and we were pressed for time, but I understand there are others waiting before me, but when those others and a few more others that came in after my 3 children and I got there orders and left. I started to question if they even remembered me at all. Joking and laughing and telling stories about their night before got me a little hot headed. I went back to the counter and the boy says what can u get ya. I said you just waited on me like 10 min ago. He had no clue. In fact all 6 of the workers there (who all think they deserve to be paid 15 dollars an hour) had no clue. Oh, our order was on the screen, but was passed up. When I asked for my money back. The women decided to then start over filling the blizzard cups and shove them my way as the ice cream went everywhere. They refused to give my money back. I'm not a aggressive women, so I took my kids and left and went to Chic-fla like I should have done in the first place. I will never donate a penny to Dairy...
