Good prices and good selection but their hours are terrible.

I am very upset. I called and spoke to a lady to verify their hours and 4 p.m. closing time and they said yes, they would be open until 4 and I was there pulling up by 3:45 p.m. and walked to the door at 3:50 p.m. right after work and the lights were off, the security gate was down, and doors were locked already! All that the lady had to do is be honest with me and tell me that we are closing early today and I would not have gone out of my way to get special permission from my boss to leave work early to make it several minutes before 4.

This is a local shop near my house. I have an extensive coin collection and stamp collection I inherited from my father. Thousands of coins, hundreds of stamps. I happen to have come across a very rare coin that I took to Coins and Stamps to begin a working relationship with them and my coins. I was very excited only to be met with one of the rudest and dismissive persons I’ve ever come across professionally. I tried to explain my situation and he dismissed me immediately saying my coin was too new. I tried tell them why this coin was rare and if he could help me with it and he wouldn’t even talk to me. EXCELLENT! No problem - just the facts and figures. I have used their services many times over five years, finding them friendly, competent and very honest. Price offered for a couple items 20%+ over competitors! They weighed certain coins, informing me of particulars and nuances as they occurred.
