i came to the imaging center to have 4 items printed. the poor woman in the back was slammed with work but did not seem to let that bother her.. she took my order and my measurements and after that she asked me when i needed them, well asap. she then told me that it would be at least an hour due to the 2 projects in front of mine, had i known that to begin with i could have gone to another image center because i ended up missing my class, i arrived an hour later and waited. she looked up and told me that she has not yet started on my prints. and she is the only one back there working with a counter full of customers, you have a manager smoking and joking as she is asking him for help. very displeased with seeing that when she is obviously swamped with work. you need to train more image techs because there were other employees walking around who could have given her a hand in a pinch like that. i finally got my prints 45 mins after walking into the building and was VERY SATISFIED with the quality, i was less then pleased when i was charged for a print that came out wrong, at the chesterfield staples they eat that cost because they jacked up the image, not the customer. and at $5 a print you should get it right on the first time. so not happy at all with how this...
Read moreI recently visited Staples to pick up an order, and while trying to get some corrections made, I initially encountered a young man who, unfortunately, was not very helpful and left me feeling frustrated. However, Robin quickly stepped in to take over the situation, and her professionalism turned the entire experience around. She contacted Jason, who I believe is a supervisor, and together they ensured my issue was resolved.
Robin went above and beyond to assist me, showing patience, knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer service. I also returned to the same Staples location today and once again had the pleasure of being helped by Robin. Even though she was in the middle of completing a task, she paused without hesitation to assist me with something I was supposed to handle on my home computer. She took the time to help me create and complete my project right then and there. Each time I’ve visited this location, I’ve observed Robin treating customers with respect, professionalism, and genuine care. Her positive attitude and dedication to her work do not go unnoticed. Unfortunately the print center is very inconsistent. We have been using this location for about 5 years for blueprint copies and the first 2-3 years were great. The last two years we have been given very poor quality prints by some staff members that were either rude, flustered or had no idea what to do. We have now hit a dead end to where the staff is unwilling to help or remedy this issue. It is very sad considering the printer was said to be the issue but when that was fixed and replaced I get the same excuses. It is not just the print quality, at times it isn’t even fed in properly to here you get lines on the edges. We have received blurry, faded, different colors, different paper, different prices. Zero accountability and no consistency. Lastly, the more our prints go through the more they are prone to getting damaged. So much time wasted the last two years and I have plenty of pictures to share if anyone requested.
Three stars because the location is generally ok for regular supplies and staff have offered refunds on poor prints.
Do not recommend print center for hand drawn blueprints. We have had better luck printing...
