I have never been more disturbed with a breakfast experience. My family of 5 showed up for breakfast with no reservation. They had space for us, but then a family of 8 showed up without a reservation as well. We were told they could sit the family of 8 outside because we were there first. Out of no where, they told us we were going to be the ones sitting outside and found a “supposed” reservation for the family of 8. Not sure what the reasoning was, but it was very rude and unfair. I would recommend going over to crepe maker next door for breakfast. It was really good, and I’ll never THINK about Bori Vegan ever again. I hope the staff reconsiders how they treat they’re customers...
Read moreWent to Bori Vegan. Made the drive from Patillas to Guaynabo —the reason? I loved what I saw on Instagram. On my way there I got lost—totally my fault. Our friends got there first they ordered for us. By the time I got there, the staff was patient and kind. Although they were closing, and had cleaned up the coffee machine, when I told them I had traveled all the way from Patillas, they made fresh coffee for us. The food was AMAZING!! So much better than expected. Will make Bori Vegan my go-to restaurant while in Puerto Rico. I highly recommended it! Gracias Bori Vegan!! Son lo mejor de lo nuestro!! So glad I found you....
Read moreI was so SO excited to try the food meal prep option and was not disappointed by the taste. Unfortunately, you cannot return the food containers and the food is packaged in non-recyclable plastic making it an unsustainable choice for me to make weekly. This meal prep option would be amazing if they could find a sustainable option. I understand that’s difficult, but veganism is all about being sustainable and trying to help the environment, so I cannot justify being a regular consumer of these weekly prepped meals.
