A little background...I switched my service to AT&T yesterday while out of town. My Internet was not working when I got home, but I figured it would be fine later in the evening. It was not. I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support last night, having multiple disconnect sessions, and repeating everything I said 4 to 5 times each. The last customer service rep suggested that I get a new sim card.
I arrived at the Guntersville Store around 10:26AM today. I explained the situation to Clifford and he sympathized with my frustration. He was so patient and went above and beyond to help me. We spent two additional hours on the phone with Apple Support, who's resolution was for me to factory reset my phone. We did so, and it still do not fix the issue. Apple support told us we needed to escalate the issue with AT&T. Clifford called on my behalf and reached Advanced Technical Support faster than I could on my phone. In the meantime and after two hours on the phone with Apple Support, Reuben arrived. Clifford explained my situation to Reuben while we were on the phone with Advanced Tech Support....Ya'll...Reuben had my phone in his hand less than 10 minutes and he FIXED the problem. FINALLY, a resolution to a 5 hour ordeal came to fruition!

Had 3 phones to trade, att had to order new ones, of course they came in a different times , this is when the trouble started one of the phones didn’t make the deal, go to talk to att at store All new staff , now no knows nothing about what’s happening, att won’t resolve the issue , have had to pay full price for one of the traded in phones, Called multiple times asked to speak to regional mgr , that never happened, won’t tell me reg mgr name or number att did offer to pay a certain amount that never happened So needless to say not very happy with you att
