Went there around closing time however I was already on the checkout line at 8:55 and they closed at 9 pm. As there was a line I patiently waited and when it was my turn to checkout, I was greeted in such an awful behavior by this middle aged/old lady named Shayleen or Shaileen. I asked if I was able to return an item since I forgot my receipt and she responded saying "Ugh do you have the card you payed with" and I told her yes. As I swiped my card nothing came up on file so she said its not on here and I said can you please give me store credit and she responded, "Yes please give me your ID" With such attitude. Right after that a muslim lady walked up next to me to checkout and SHAIYLEEN muffled "UGH" as if she was disgusted. She continued to scan my items with such a disgusted face and attitude. This is absolutely disgusting behavior that a sales associate/cashier should not have with their customers. Extremely racist and unprofessional people that work here. Read moreMake sure you keep on eye on what you paid for, twice in a week the cashier didn't hand over all the bags after we paid for our items, we didn't realize until we got home that we were shorted. They even have a special place for items that were left behind. When we went back to get the items and told them what they were, they demanded a receipt, (of course) which we didn't have and so I says to the lady, look no one is coming in here and trying to finesse a picnic basket, obviously we paid for it because it was hidden in a bag inside the box of left behind items. Can't find receipt and now we are without our picnic basket. Long story short yes we forgot the receipt but we knew we didn't get our item and knew it was hidden in the box, spoiler I'm not psychic and it wasn't a random guess that there was a picnic basket in the box. She always gives me attitude when I go in the store and my grandma told her to kindly wrap the mugs we had well and instead she didn’t really do it the way others did which was fine I guess but then she ended up almost breaking the mugs by carelessly placing it on the counter to us like it’s nothing which got us very upset after we told her to carefully wrap it to the best of her ability.
