Unfortunately my first experience and my second were so vastly different I don’t think I’ll be back. My first encounter was with Zach and he was AMAZING. I called and because I was from out of state he held a Pandora charm for me so I could get there to purchase it. He was extremely helpful and while I purchased more than what I intended he was never pushy, just helpful. Yesterday we again drove in from out of state (as a Mother’s Day request from me) to purchase more charms. The woman, whose name I wasn’t given, was irritated and visibly annoyed with me because I wasn’t being quick with my selections. Her attitude changed when she noticed I had four full pandora bracelets. I did purchase the two charms I came in for (they aren’t available even on the Pandora site) but I seriously doubt I’ll be back. My husband and I came in here 2 and 1/2 years ago for my engagement ring and wedding band set. It was nice customer service and we liked they offered a credit card for financing. I was treated like a special bride-to-be! The only complaint we had was when my rings were sized they were never re-stamped as gold on the inside. We let them know and we were told they could get them stamped, but at that point we were married and honestly did not care (a newlywed that didn't want to part with her rings). We also went to the Vernon Hills location for my husband's plain gold band with good customer service. This past weekend we went in for a 2nd diamond wedding band for myself. Blanca had called my husband letting him know of the sale going on for valentine's a week beforehand. Incident 1 Got my promise ring from here and after it was purchased they offer free cleanings. Took the opportunity and went every 1-2 months to get it cleaned. After the 2-3 time I went the same lady’s were bothered and said I could just clean it with water and soap at home. 😑 then why y’all offer free cleanings if y’all gonna be annoyed doing it.
