Hello AT&T, Today, I visited your Guthrie store to get help with my radiant phone that I've had for several years. It was giving me lots of problems and I was very frustrated but ARA at your Guthrie store spent nearly an hour with me solving every single one of them and at one point when my brother (who lives in Guthrie) came into the store to wonder why I called him (which I didn't remember doing) she fixed HIS phone as well... I will tell you, it was the best customer service experience I have ever had in my 76 years of life and all of my years as an AT&T customer!!! I have never owned a different kind of phone other than an Android, an AT&T has been my only provider. With customer service like what Ara provided today, you have an extremely valuable employee in Guthrie, Oklahoma. When I came into the store she was working with two other ladies and as the one left she said "that young lady was so helpful" and the next lady was literally jumping up and down after she made several phone calls to solve her problem (to buy something called a "hot spot"...... ) I hope when it comes time for bonuses at the end of this year, you will remember an employee named ARA who deserves a lot of credit for keeping your customers not only satisfied but extremely pleased & LOYAL!!! Read moreWe found this place in between two other business with a shared parking lot. We had bought a tablet and needed internet for it to run elogs on the road.
Ciara Elizabeth was working alone and for the time we was there she was helping 2 customers at once. A very hard worker, her mannerisms were very friendly with a smile and a greeting for all that came in.
We asked about our tablet and unfortunately it didn't take a sim card that we need so Ciara said we could buy a tablet from them but she'd have to order it and it would arrive in 3-4 days. We agreed to order but we only had cash on us and she said she needed a card for orders. So when did cash not be enough?
This business is an hour away from our home but we told her we'd be back tomorrow with a card, they close at 7pm.
Ciara doesn't make the rules so we had no choice so we left. Afterwards we remembered that we also asked her to check our phones because the hotspot isn't working and then we'd forgotten all about it till after we were gone. We'll have to try and remember that for tomorrow.

The customer was wanting a number change due to calls at 3 am and said he had talked to a representative that told him it would be free this time but if he had to do it again it would cost $25. The manager said no it will be 35 for me to change your # now. The customer said They told me it's free, because I am getting calls at 2,3 and 4 in the morning from strangers. The manager said" That's not my problem". I said that was rude. The manager said as he pointed to the door, YOU can leave, I'm the manager. That customer said he was going to switch companies but the rudeness of this younger generation is insanity. The man had to be in his 80s. He could have at least tried to help the man!!!!!!! They get 1 star from me and that's because the next customer presented an issue with his phone locking up and the manager fixed it in 10...
