Billy Sims BBQ — Restaurant in Guthrie

Well the kid that made my food sat 2 tables away from me right after giving me my plate , as I am eating , he starts sniffling loud ! Loud enough to get my attention , I look over and he is wiping snot all over his hands and then wipes it on his face ( gross ! ) this goes on for several long minutes , then he gets up , grabs a napkin from the drink area , blows his nose in my direction , throws the tissue in his pocket , wipes his face again with his hands , and then wipes the left over snot onto his gym shorts , he sits back down. My appetite is ruined but what happened next is even more gross , another customer walks in , and without washing his hands he fixes the next persons order. I tell the manager , after I leave I am getting in the car , the managers talk to him and they start laughing. So I would assume all the food is probably nasty at this point

This is the third time I have had a teenager doing something gross or stupid while I am eating here , first two times were doable but after this , I Won’t be back ever again Staff better employees , it’s starts with the manager in my opinion. I would fire him on the spot if it was my business but what do I know !?

To be honest, the only meat I’ve ever tried is the ribs, which is the primary reason I come to Billy Sims. I like to order the Half Back combo, which comes with six ribs and two sides, and a kid’s rib dinner, which comes with two ribs, and the option of a fruit cup or chips, and a drink. Both meals come with toast, but they will offer onions, pickles, and pepperoncini peppers with the adult meal. I will split the ribs with my child, so he will have more, and give him one of my sides, too. On this occasion, I ordered the baked potato salad and green beans, but they gave me baked beans; neither one of us likes baked beans, so my child had to do without his side, since he hates baked potato salad. I came in last Friday at 8pm. I was trying to get dinner for my kid’s and they had their hearts set on Billy Sims. I came inside to order dinner for 4 people and unfortunately I was informed that they were out of everything! There was no meat at all. I understand it was graduation night but how does a business run like this? You should prepare properly for a busy night. You should have prepared enough the night before to make sure this does not happen on one of your busiest nights of the week. You definitely should have enough to last you till 9pm when you close.
