Taco Mayo — Restaurant in Guthrie

Just a shell of what this place used to be (pun intended). Service is awful, lobby has completely empty what used to be salsa bar (if you aren't going to use it get it out). Ots just so sad, before they greedily over expanded in the 1990's, it looks like an abandoned building that someone is pretending to be the once great taco mayo. As an executive, I can see the potential this chain could have but with a complete lack of effort, leadership, and a corporate board that cares. This place is doomed. It's sad because it used to be so good and so much better than taco bell or taco Bueno. I suggest firing the board and the c-suite and bring back the old format and start to rebuild. You still have a loyal following. Your Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and all those involved in major decision must be fired or at least need to listen to the voice of their customers for this chain to survive. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm livid. 10 bucks for this burrito bowl that loterally looks like it's someone's left overs and they just put more beans with it. When I called the store. The manager Edward was no help whatsoever. Did not offer to make a new one. Asked for a refund and he said he isn't authorized to give them out and the store owner Heath will be there tomorrow. I'll be calling again and I've already called corporate and of course their voice-mail is full lol. This is the 1st and only time I've gotten food from this place. Tonight Taco Mayo sucks. We waited there 20 minutes and they try to give us somebody else’s order. Tell them that wasn’t our order so they tried to give us somebody else’s order gave us one drink go back in to get the other drink because I had to drive around in the pouring rain and get my drink they forgot, the young kid at the window never spoke to us except through the speaker and played around with his friends and I told him if he would’ve spoke to us and let me pay then maybe he wouldn’t be screwing up so bad it was horrible once again...
