So frustrating to see a staple of my childhood going in the direction Taco Bell is going. Customer service at this location is non-existent. No one wants to take your order at the counter. In fact, if there happens to be a human standing there, they blatantly ignore you until you either use one of the greasy, sticky, non-intuitive digital kiosks or you prompt them verbally to acknowledge your existence and to please take your order. They’ve outright removed the menu from the wall behind the counter, and the place is stripped of anything colorful or inviting to the point that it resembles some sort of grayscale waiting room. The kiosks don’t allow you to request substitutions, for the most part, and if you happen to find a basic option to substitute, the employees make no effort to fulfill that request. I grew up eating Taco Bell and missed many a curfew in high school after getting myself stuck in the drive thru line with my friends and the food was garbage and I loved it. The place itself was usually colorful and full of loud people and it was fun. I have been annoyed with the state of current impersonal, stale, disengaged interactions for a while, but have now decided I won’t be back as this is the second time they’ve forgotten to include the sauce I asked for in the drive-thru. Because, SERIOUSLY, is Taco Bell even worth eating if you don’t have the sauce to eat it with? Might as well be eating canned dog food. And, turns out, canned dog food with no customer service is the straw that breaks the...
Read moreWe came here for dinner, it's been years since we've came to a Taco Bell so it was time I guess. The parking outside is decent enough. We were the only customers inside.
There is no greeting here, no smiling faces, no one at the register. They have no interaction with the customer at all now.
They have about 5 monitors with credit card machines beside each. This is where you order and pay. All the employees were back in the kitchen where you could barely even see them. So if you want to talk to them you have to go through the drive through. We couldn't tell them that we don't want guacamole or that we wanted soft shell instead of hard.
Our son said you can edit your order on the machine so we must've just missed it.
The food was good, there's just no customer service. I chose to have my receipt printed and they didn't even give it to me, just called our name for the order then disappeared back into the kitchen again. I hope all places aren't going to do this...
Read moreThe food was fresh and the service was great. Just make sure when entering in items, if you exchange or change an item, be sure to take off the items you don't want or exchange for a different item on the menu, not just change, then select, click on add chicken. Ex. Beef Soft taco Supreme meal, exchange for chicken soft taco supreme. Be sure to select exchange on your display screen. When I selected change, Lol just added chicken with the beef. It was good. But not what I intended to order. Just need to learn how their system works, to place my own orders. Nothing like self check out.... Next time will be a breeze. It does seem to take a few more moments to place your own order, from having someone take your order. But at least overtime, we'll all be able to self serve, and we can only be disappointed in ourselves if the order is incorrect. The food was good and...
