Came in for a driver fitting, having previously upgraded my 3 year old used 2014 driver into a Callaway Epic Flash Sub Zero, but with a shaft I did not like. Jeremy was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on elevating my game to the best it could be. Went through all sorts of shafts, explaining the differences of each in layman's terms, but picked up on my technical background and gave even more informed descriptions. Also confirmed my own Callaway head by comparing other heads on the selected shaft. By the end of the fitting (which went well overtime, fortunately Jeremy was not at all bothered refining the final selection, since they had availability) I had ordered a new shaft for my owned Callaway head. Arrived approximately a week later, and it was an immediate, palpable improvement to my old drivers!! Finally had it on the course, and I was stunned! 1)270-290 yd, 2) dead accurate to where I was aiming, 3) absolute confidence on the tee. No lost balls off the tee and my best round ever. In the past, it was "pick one" of those, now it's all 3 all the time! Thank you Jeremy!
Also, if you are questioning if you would benefit from a fitting, just go ahead and do it. I am an athletic high handicapper, i.e. erratic, and matching a driver shaft to my swing speed and tempo completely changed how I approach the tee box now.    Read moreAwful experience. I got fitted in mid January full bag fitting. I ended purchasing a driver and a set of irons(which I still have not received going on 5 months now). The driver came in couple weeks started hitting it in simulators numbers weren’t great. Now I am playing with it at my club and the results have been just as bad more slicing and less distance than my old off the rack driver. I was a 12 handicap have gotten up to a 14 and climbing with inconsistent and short spinning slicing drives. The driver and shaft all in was almost 900 bucks. Then a month after ordering I inquired about the irons I also purchased was told there was a shaft shortage which I believe but wasn’t told up front when ordering. I am typing this on May 26th still have not received my irons I had to call the main corporate number to find out I won’t be getting them until June 6th now. The whole reason I had to call to the main line is because they only answer like every 3rd email you write them even after spending all in almost 4 grand on a driver (that isn’t giving me good results and I haven’t changed my swing)and a set of irons I still haven’t received after 5 months. With the money they charge I would at least expect good customer service. I’m not sure If I will ever get another club fitting again but I am sure I would not use Club...
