Great machine. The management are good people, but unfortunately the staff is terrible and not courteous to your vehicle. paid $20 for their best exterior wash and it didn't look better than getting rain on. I would not recommend, go somewhere else where they care enough to not hire illegals who don't know a lick of English.
EDITED REVIEW IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: #1 - We both know the truth, don't lie. Many businesses take advantage of the cheaper labor available in NJ, there's nothing wrong with that from that regard. What is wrong is when the staff is rude and careless to their job function. It is not just SOME employees; not a single person (outside wiping down the cars) knew English or was willing to get help. Doesn't matter where they originate from, it's not about race (because I'm guessing that's where you are taking it). It is about being able to deliver a service to AMERICANS who speak ENGLISH. If you know the majority of your staff are unable to speak English (this country's primary and only official language) then you should have the foresight to have someone on deck that can provide that assistance to the workers when necessary. In addition, it is unfair to the customer that is trying to help them understand only to be rudely ignored and asked to drive off by hand gestures. #2 - Was in a rush otherwise would of spoken to a manager and expressed my concerns in person. I posted on here, to give your business an opportunity to improve, as I'm sure I'm not the first one to be sharing this type of experience. #3 - Like I said above this has nothing to do with the people staffed, this information is a review to be read by the owner and for other persons who may not want to deal with the same issues. Almost all family came with a a single suitcase to the USA, however since day one they had made it a goal to conform and contribute to the rest of society. There's no reason a staff member should be rude to me and speak Spanish in a humorous way instead of getting help from another staff member whom may be learning or have learned enough English to hold a basic conversation. Once again I'm not going to tell you how to solve the issues at your business. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer. #4 - Keep your prayers...

Here’s my story I’ve been Going to the car wash / oil change for 15 years with my five vehicles. I have had manny good and bad experiences here but I kept coming back.
but no more!!
I purchased a special $11 for 30 days unlimited car washes sounds great who wouldn’t buy it.
I was told not to use the self service credit card machine for the purchase. To give my money to the attendant. Once at the attendant he would not take cash, he told me it was credit only so I willing fully turned over my credit card (which has not had a purchase in over 60 days) I thought the service was so good that I returned with my wife’s car.
Three days later I received a fraud text from my credit card. I immediately checked my transactions and to my surprise I had over $700 in food charges from various takeout restaurants in southern Bergen county one of which asked for the 3 digit security code on the back.
I went to the management (Leo and Raul) I explained what had taken place to them. They assured me that my credit card number and 3 digit security code was not taken from their establishment. I explained to them that it was impossible to get my security code unless someone physically had my credit card in hand. And the only business that credit card was used was theirs. Leo then said to me that the General Manager was aware and it was NO BIG Deal just to let the credit company handle it. And he then said “what do you want me to do” check the cameras we don’t have THIEVES working here.
I told him that I would no longer patron his business. That’s the...
Read moreUpdate: was offered a discount on a exterior wash membership and decided to give this wash a try again. There is still a lot of be desired but the staff is wonderful and you can get in and out quick if you are in a pinch.
I was offered a promotional External Lava wash and I took them up on that offer today because I was in the area. The wash’s entrance is in the back and their are free self-vacs before you enter. There are about 6 bays and the vacs are plenty powerful. The gates to enter the wash is self service and it’s easy to pay or scan your coupon. They offer one off washes or monthly plans that give you unlimited washes starting at $21.95 (was offer one for $19 for the first month). The staff is friendly but the wash leave a lot to be desired. I still had some dirt marks on my bumpers and steaks on my windows. The drying process was very basic, last no more than 30-seconds and there was still a lot of water when they told me to drive off. It’s not the best wash, but decent enough as a in-between. Wouldn’t probably opt for the more expensive packages but I really like their self vacuums and basic wash is...
