Today marks the 1 year anniversary where I proposed to my dream girl and gave her the perfect custom ring by Michael’s Jewelers. I wanted to commemorate this by sharing my overall experience.

I want to tell you that if you are looking to buy a ring, a piece of jewelry or design one for your special someone, look no further and come here.

I knew my wife was the one for me and I wanted to design something as unique, beautiful and perfect as she is. I did not settle when it came to falling for her in anyway and I would not do that with her ring.

Unfortunately, I did not go to Michael's first. However, this only reinforced just how special the experience I had there was once I entered the store. As mentioned, I was determined to have the perfect ring. I knew what I wanted to do. I visited many jewelers who had great reviews on google etc, etc. I spent hours in their stores and showrooms. While their associates were pleasant, they gave me pushback on my desire to design a custom ring. They tried to talk me out of it and redirect me to other rings in their showcase. While sure, diamond rings are pretty, I cringed at not only the price of the rings, but also the fact that I did not feel excited or good about anything I saw or the experience I was having. I believed there had to be someone out there that could give me exactly what I wanted and at a fair and reasonable price. After leaving one of the jewelers, and having spent a great amount of time there, I felt disheartened by the experience. I had one more stop before I went home that day and that stop was Michael's Jeweler's. I walked in the store and was greeted warmly by Johnny one of the sales associates that worked there at that time. Michael then promptly came over and I proceeded to tell him what I wanted and what my goal was. My goals and desires were listened to and instead of being redirected to something else or an attempt at detterring me from it, I was instead confidently reassured that I could have exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. The price for designing this one of a kind custom ring was just better than many of the nonunique premade rings I had been shown at all other jewelers. I can't describe exactly how I felt, but suffice it to say, I was beyond happy and relieved. Five minutes in the store and I was convinced beyond a shadow of doubt that Michael was meant to make the custom ring I would propose with.

Every interaction I had and have had with Michael's has been beyond exceptional. They educated me all along the way. For example, choosing diamond size as well as stability of the ring and other features of the ring. I was never given push back and was always listened to. They made a 3D computer construct and then print of the actual ring before it was cast. They worked hard to find me a perfect center stone without breaking the bank. They gave me options at every step of the way. When the ring was finally done, the end product was absolutely perfect and a fit for the most beautiful woman I would give it to. I was beyond impressed with my experience! She gets compliments all the time and is a testament to my design and the craftsmanship of Michael.

Just as Christina was meant to be my wife, Michael's Jeweler's was meant to make our ring. I will never go anywhere else to buy jewelry. They have secured my business for a lifetime. Michael’s Jewelers is a100% excellent. Michael and his associates are not only very helpful, but they are honest and will help you with anything you want. I am not only writing this review to explain the excellent experience I had at the shop with Michael and his associates, but also to give a realistic example of the store and it’s positive respresentation since I actually shopped there. It was my girlfriends birthday we had intentions to get engaged for quite some time but I never made the move. On her birthday around noon I spontaneously decided to get her an engagement ring that day but, it was already halfway through the day. I called Michaels at about noon told him the situation how I had an airloom diamond and needed to find the specific solitaire setting and 6 prong head to fit the diamond. They told me to come in after work and see what could happen. They ended up having the exact white gold solitaire setting with the correct head and prongs just to fit the diamond. Not only that but since it was same day as her birthday he assembled the diamond into the setting and finished it meticulously the same day within an hour. Later that night I did my own proposal and she loved it. Not to mention it all happened within hours of a day and they went out of their way to help out a first time customer like myself. Michaels Jewelers are a great jewelery shop with all the newest trends of jewelry and great stock. The workers are also all very sociable and are there to help with customizing exactly what you want, not just “trying to make a sale.” I will persist to go there from now on. Absolutely loved my experience at Michael's Jewelers! I was shopping for my engagment ring and it is truly an overwhelming task but they made it so easy! I went in just to browse when I saw my dream ring! I pined over it for days because I just did not think it was in my budget...I could not stop thinking about it, went back three more times to drool over it and Johnny and Melody couldn't have been kinder and more helpful with making this decision. They let me wear it around, helped educate me with this process and made me feel so calm and comfortable during such a stressful search. After I talked to my man and we decided it was the one for me Johnny met with us to go over everything and purchase my ring. There was no sales pitch just a great guy helping me out with this serious purchase. Johnny is so nice, so patient, did not preasure me, just gently helped me to realize I was making the right decision. He gave me the facts, not the sales pitch, which I really appreciated.
