Long Meadow Shopping Center — Local services in Hagerstown

Don't like the atmosphere. I had to send back my stuffed French toast because it was was raw egg in the middle of the bread. Waitress was excellent.

My friend got a huge salad, of which there were several choices, for a great price.

There were lots of older people there. It's ok. I like it better than Family Diner on the Dual Highway because the food and prices are better. But honestly? I would go to Denny's on the Dual Highway over either of those two places. Denny's remodeled has a lot more choices than the other two, has MUCH better prices for what you get- and I believe that Denny's must have hired a new chef, too. The food, service and prices were stellar. I was never a fan of Denny's before, but if you want the best diner, Denny's wins hands down over both of the other two. Long meadow shopping center has gone through some major updates. All Good! I would like to see the congestion around the Pennsylvania Dutch Market & Dollar General be cleared for traffic and pedestrians. I think a quick fix is to push back the parking area and streamline it. Also; the product storage area needs to be along one side (nearest the road) to form a rectangle verses a big "glob" taking up parking spaces nearest to the stores. That entire parking area could be (and should be) streamlined to get rid of the congestion there. The crosswalk, to the PDM is too close to the entranceway of the shopping center. Cars turning in are stopped by pedestrians causing a backup of cars...

This Pennsylvania Dutch Market is so awesome!! I love the variety of this place!! A mini farmers market inside, a deli with a large variety of things(everything homemade), all kinds of canned stuff(brands like Jake&Amos, Barbie's pickles and such, and so much more etc), fresh cheeses, chocolates and candy galore(all handmade;truffles, fudge, rock candy, old fashioned candy, and more etc), fresh pizza and Strombolis right when you walk in, and more that I didn't get to look at!! I went with my brother and sister on 3•25•22, and I will be returning next week with my husband to spend some money!!! I will update after I go!! So stoked for this...
