Love the store and products, but unfortunately the manager, Scott Disney, today June 17th 2023, started a mower inside the store with customers in the store. The doors were closed and he ran the mower for about 5minutes before driving it outside to the front of the store. My sister and I were in there shopping at the time, the fumes were horrible. The clerk in the front check out was upset, saying he does this all the time. She has complained, but he doesn't seem to care. She will leave the front doors open and Scott Disney complains. So today when this happened, my sister and I moved away from the area we were shopping. Scott Disney complained to the clerk about leaving the doors opened. My sister and I who both have asthma, were having difficulty, my head hurt, eyes and nose burning, head throbbing, my sister the same, but needing her inhaler. This man has no concern for customers and employees. Not my best visit...

Staff is not very knowledgeable about when or whether they have stuff in stock, or if they'll ever get it shipped to store again. God forbid any item you want to purchase doesn't have a SKU # or price sticker on it, because you will wait in line, for up to an half an hour, while they fumble around trying to figure it out! They actually gave me a rain check for something that was discontinued and never again to be ordered, but of course I didn't find that out til a month later, after asking repeatedly, when the item would be in! Staff is so slow! They just seem so disorganized, in spite of the fact that the store seems to have a lot of stuff for your homestead. I doubt I will be going back, just because I find them so...

Made a grooming appointment and the groomer canceled last minute, contacting a different number, not me directly, which caused me to miss a day of work because I showed up with my dog, waited 15 minutes and then had to go back home. Never will I use this groomer! My mother, who the groomer texted to cancel last minute, had some questions regarding the grooming and this groomer rotates dogs in and out of cages while grooming. She does not complete one at a time. My dog, my mother's baby, has NEVER been in a cage and the groomer stated the appointment would be approximately 6 hours. Nope! I'll google and learn to groom my own dog which took two hours, including bathing, drying and...
