Penny Mart — Local services in Hagerstown

I was doing Laundry next door and decided to go to penny mart to grab extra Detergent, coffee and a few other items since it was convenient. Now when I was going to checkout the Lady at the counter was too busy hanging out with and gossiping with her friends, looked over at me with a face as if I was disturbing them lol! Okay, no coffee made and the coffee station was dirty, coffee pots looked as if they had not been cleaned in days. The products are off brand priced almost higher than name brand products, Music so loud for no reason, it kind of annoyed me so I put everything back and left. This place is convenient but the Owner is facing uphill battle, if he hires people that don’t care his business will become a shoddy hood...

I love the store but there is one lady in particular that always has something smart to say. She makes comments about how long your in the store and what your buying. I went in to get a snack and decided on a bag of chips and she said you have been in here to long for just a bag of chips. And this isn't the first time she's implied things about people who are in there and may be taking to long for her liking. Not everyone is in there to steal. I just think they need better...

Exceptional place!!!! Very clean and the employees are super nice and friendly And helpful. Their cold subs are freaking delicious especially when the lady does her what I called her special sub idk what all she puts on it but damn if she didn't hook up my sub.
