Really disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a dress online and thought it came with the top. Turns out, it does not, even though nearly all the photos of the dress on the website show it with the top, which is misleading in my opinion. I scrolled under the dress listing and found a disclaimer underneath the purchase options, so they know it’s an issue and it’s clearly happened to others before me. I was sad, but even though I feel that the website listing should be clearer, I recognize that I didn’t scroll underneath the listing before I purchased so that’s on me.
I decided I wanted the top and bought it as soon as I received my other order. They offer an $8 discount if you purchase both items together, so I emailed them on September 3rd to ask about having the discount applied to my recent order since I did purchase both items.
I heard nothing until September 22, when I forwarded the exact same email again (to the same email address). I also submitted an inquiry on their website about a week before that, which may not have gone through? No response.
They finally replied to me (nearly immediately) on the 22. This leads me to believe that if I had not been persistent, they would have simply ignored my email.
They replied that they could not apply a discount after the order was shipped separately. Very weird, as I work for a small business, do all of the customer service and shipping, and I would have happily applied the discount for a small mistake such as this.
I really wish I would have looked at the negative reviews before buying because they turned out to be true. I checked other websites for reviews and found some interesting posts regarding this shop, and I would encourage others to do the same. According to another reviewer, the shop begs for 5 star reviews in store and bribes customers with a discount? If this is true, then many of the 5 star reviews are, to me at least, fake. :/
Looking at how the owner responds to reviews here with a nasty attitude, I don’t think I could support this shop ever again. It’s a shame, because I love the dress I received and the other one is still in transit, but I am genuinely excited to receive it. I really, really wanted to support a small business, and I despise having to leave negative reviews like this, but I had an awful feeling about how the customer service was handled, especially considering that’s what I do for a living.
I genuinely hope this shop can improve this aspect of their business, and I wish them luck in the future.

I hate leaving a bad review (this is my first one) but honestly my experience with this company was not the best. I ordered 4 items, and based on the tracking, it was all supposed to have shipped together at the same time, as they were all in stock. I was not notified of any back orders. I only received one item. It took a while (3 days) to get ahold of anyone at the company, but I got an email back less than 10 minutes after my original negative review🤔 instead of apologizing and shipping my missing items, I was chastised for not waiting long enough for a response. I was then asked for my shipping address. I gave it, and a week later I asked for tracking, only to find out it still hadn't been shipped. Ithink I had a different employee respond to me then because my experience became better from there, my items were shipped, and they arrived earlier than expected. However one of the items is a duplicate of the first item I received, rather than the one I was supposed to get. However I do not have the energy to go through all this again. I'm just happy i got my stuff. The quality of the clothes is absolutely fantastic, the material feels even better than I hoped it would. Super beautiful and I think worth the headache. So although it started out as a one star experience, they redeemed themselves.

Given over 100 dollars of free stuff with my gorgeous order! I didn't like whatever perfume or spray they put on all of the items which was a bummer as it made me kind of sick, and you can't really put the items in the washer to get rid of the smell as they are too delicate. The smell just wasn't my thing and the smell is STRONG. However, I do think the scent fit the vibe! I Did find holes in some of the items (the totes and pockets of some of the pants) and some inconsistencies in sizing (some of the same items in the same sizes but different colors fit completely differently, and some of the pant legs were WAY longer then the other one...I'm talking about you blue overalls that I kept tripping over the right leg in). Also, the website is so cute but the background made it really hard to read a lot of text. Final complaint is that there is no size chart. I get everything is handmade but I had no way to really determine what would fit. There are very broad sizing recs like "fit to all sizes ranging from XS – 2X" but as there are no returns and the items are very expensive (which I understand as this is ethical handmade and unique clothing), I would really like to see something done to help with knowing bust, waist, thigh, hip sizes etc. Also, items from my order were missing when delivered.
