Beltone Hearing Aid Center — Local services in Haines City

I am extremely grateful for Beltone and their staff. On Tuesday, 3/19, for work purposes, I was told that I needed to improve my hearing. I called Beltone in Haines City and they got me booked in as fast as possible and over the phone guaranteed they would help me. On Friday 3/22, I go for my appointment at 4:00pm and I was greeted professionally by Marilyn who checked me in and handled all paperwork accordingly. Sandy did her best job to find me the hearing aid that best helped me and assisted in calibrating it, and Christopher did an amazing job performing the hearing tests I needed along with some fine tuning of the hearing aid. I cannot express how much I truly love this place and the staff there. I was unfortunate to hear Dr. Sandy is no longer working there! She was definitely my favorite and excited to see every time I had an appointment. She always made me feel welcomed and treated me like family instead of me feeling like i just another number. If Dr. Sandy ever see this message, you are definitely missed and i hope we come into each other’s paths again!

Today my husband and I saw Chris at the Beltone office on Patterson in Haines City. Richard had purchased his hearing aide from Chris over a year ago. About 4 weeks ago his hearing went completely. He went and had his ears cleaned but his hearing did not return. Today he saw Chris who immediately did something with the hearing aide and within a few minutes Richard was ecstatic because he was able to hear once again! It was like he got his life back!
