Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Hales Corners

I placed an order at this restaurant got home to realize my order was wrong so I called ahead of time to explain that my order was wrong and that I was coming back then when I came back the manager in turn blame me for having the wrong order . i asked is it made corrsct this time since the sandwich was premade before we arrived. The manager stated well she said she went over it with you I said so now we blame the customers for the cashier mistakes I should have known to check it before I left because I repeated this order to her for her 5 times and she couldn't understand to say that you want a sandwich plain you don't want any lettuce tomatoes or onions and then go on to describe things that you do want and then it's still wrong I then in turn took the survey and they said that they will give us a call about the horrible service I received still it's been maybe two weeks now I never received an email or a call about the service which was crappy the manager threw the sandwich at me when I got there and then just had just the most horrible attitude ever I've never been to a place that was just this rude from the workers all the way up to the manager now I understand why it has such crappy service. But I took the survey . you would have thought a manager or the owner would have liked to learn about what goes on at their business. I guess not. So I told my co workers not to visit this business especially when it's so close to our eye facility and we stop in once a week even if they are slow and not so professional. Terrible experience at this Cousin's location. Started out with the order girl taking my order. I was standing at the cash register with no one else there. The girl asked me if I'm being helped and I said no. She looks at me strangely and then said did I want to order something. Of course I wanted to order something or I wouldn't be standing there. Maybe many people come there just to stare at the grill and order nothing maybe that's why she asked. "Gets better" Then she takes my order "just a simple Cheesesteak " and then she kindly added 3 bags of chips to my order when I wanted none...I was hoping she was new that might explain her incompetence but no she wasn't. The strangest vibe I ever got from a server... Now I get my sandwich which was prepared properly so I thought but after eating about 3/4 of it I bite into it and almost chipped a tooth that looked like a bone or stone in the meat... at that point I had enough of that location and prepared to leave and have the mystery item to the manager and she didn't even want to accept it....she mumbled some excuse and said she would show it to the proper management which I expect she'll do nothing. This is the worst Cousin's location I ever seen and iv been eating their subs for 20 years....I'm writing this review because I'm a local businessman and if I owned this location I would want to know what was happening at my location to make corrections. So, where do i begin. I asked for chicken on the side when I ordered a Philly cheese chicken sub. Only the chicken. I did ask for lettuce on the side because I am not a fan of warm lettuce since I was taking this home. I got a wrapped piece of bread, lettuce in paper, wrapped, and a piece, 1 piece of tomato. No sautéed green peppers, onion, or cheese on my bread. The directions said chicken on the side. So they assumed everything on the side. I called and explained everything how I wanted it. Came in for a correction and it was still wrong. They put the chicken and the cheese together. They said the chicken comes with the cheese. No. I want a chicken Philly sub with chicken on the side.. .how is this confusing? Any way, nothing fixed and I left with nothing. I felt bad for a second, but then I realized, no one was listening to me. This is also with the order my husband had that we refunded because his meatball sub was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. The people were nice enough but just didn't LISTEN to what we wanted. I am very sorry that my chicken on the side was hard to do and I apologize my husband didn't want a not hot and melty...
