THESE EMPLOYEES ARE LASY, ENTITLED, AND EXTREMELY ARROGANT. The 2 employees were casually talking behind the counter, i came up and asked IF I CAN PAY FOR AN ITEM, they responded with hostility, they told me go to stand in the line, i said there is not a single person in the line ( not a single person) and i asked again if i can just pay (the light was “on” at the register-available). THEY ROLLED THEIR EYES AND ONE OF THEM SAID, (SO THE OTHER EMPLOYEE STARTED TO WALK AWAY LIKE THEY WERE FORCED TO BE SEPARATED FROM A GOOD CONVERSATION) OK I WILL TAKE YOU HERE. SHE WAS GIVING ME VERY NASTY LOOKS, AND THE EMPLOYEES NOW STOOD AT THE DISTANCE IN A GROUP SPEAKING TO EACH OTHER AND LOOKING AT ME WITH JUDGMENT. THE ATTITUDES OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE UNACCEPTABLE FOR HUMAN INTERACTION, THEY ARE VERY HOSTILE, IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO BE IN YOUR STORE. ESSENTIALLY THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO GET THE ITEM AND BE ON THE WAY OUT, AND NOT TO DEAL WITH UNHAPPY, UNSATISFIED AND DRAMATIC EMPLOYEES. THERE IS NO BASIC TRAINING, THERE IS NO ADEQUATE MANAGEMENT. Read moreToday, December 31st, I went shopping and found a long line at checkout, with only three cashiers working. I spoke to the manager, Leslie, and asked if only three people were handling the registers, despite seeing more employees working in the store. She rudely responded that, yes, there were only three cashiers, even though I politely asked if more staff could be assigned given the special date, as everyone wanted to finish quickly. She flatly refused and even said we could go on Google and file as many complaints as we wanted.
To make matters worse, she walked away yelling that we should go ahead and complain. Her attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. For such a large company, it’s disappointing to see someone like this hired as a manager—someone rude and ill-mannered, who clearly lacks proper customer service skills. I didn’t ask for anything unreasonable, nor did I speak to her disrespectfully, yet she acted superior and treated customers as if we didn’t matter.

Is not my fault that you sell clothes in that conditions you are saying. “DON’T ARGUE WITH ME AND SAY THANK YOU AND LEAVE”, I still can’t believe that, never happened to me before. Yes, I shouldn’t buy it a first. I came back to look if I found the other same shirt that I saw (which was worse) to show her the kind of merchandise Burlington offer to customers. Unfortunately I didn’t found it. Don’t worry, I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING IN THERE AGAIN, and I’ll make sure to say this to everyone I know. If you reading this, don’t waste your time and go to ROSS. Better prices and way better customer service.
