I booked a sound healing and added the salt therapy as listed on website under sound healing section. The sound in the sound healing booth went off and didn’t work. It plays off an iPhone thru speakers in the booth. I sat and listened to salt machine instead. I stepped out of the booth to get my phone to record that there was no sound so they knew it really didn’t work. I was told after the Wi-Fi causes this. They did not charge me for this. I think the salt mist came out but it was extremely light if so and I actually stood up twice to look at it to see if it was working and filled with salt or had run out. My usual salt therapy I do you can taste the salt mist in the air. I felt like I sat in a booth for 20 minutes for nothing. I love experiencing luxury spas and it’s a part of my monthly self care. The website listed the salt therapy at $50 on the bottom of sound healing section which is where I saw it. I was charged $75 (less a 20% discount that was kindly offered). It should have been $50 with a 20% discount. After a polite disagreement they offered my money back which I refused then ultimately accepted the refund. I wanted to start with a small service to see if I wanted to schedule additional massage and facial. I’m glad I started small. There are no amenities offered with the services. The locker room with sauna is an extra $50 for an hour I was told. The experience was very disappointing, not relaxing, and lack luster. Not what I’m used to for...

I visited the Emena spa for a manicure and pedicure and Thamara assisted me. The spa was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. I came back a few days later and had the Emena massage. I spent a few minutes in the sauna before the massage. I can truly say the what I was worried about when I arrived was not on my mind when I left. My therapist, Cristina, was truly amazing. The aromas were refreshing and music was soothing. After the massage I continued to relax on the balcony with an awesome view of the ocean. I was in Florida, visiting for the holiday but would definitely visit again. The host at the front desk, Gigi, went over and beyond. She not only made me comfortable but provided suggestions on what beach to visit and other places to check out. She did not steer me wrong. If I could give more than five stars I would . I really wanted to enjoy the full experience here but for the prices, I expected much better. Lounge area while waiting for our massages was a hallway with chairs, people walked by and you could hear lots of noise. No champagne, just tea from the employee lounge area, or water from a very dirty water dispenser. Not very relaxing. There were no amenities in the locker room. Just a dirty blow dryer and a dirty hair brush full of someone else’s hair. Pretty sure the soap in the shower was liquid dial soap, not spa soap as advertised on the bottle. The showers were gross and covered in old hair, muck, and mildew. The shower I used didn’t drain well and all the dirty water collected and drained out onto the locker room floor.
