Patagonia Nahuen — Restaurant in Hollywood

Patagonia Newell in Hallandale is absolutely disgusting — both in how the place is run and how customers are treated. The management is completely incompetent, rude, and doesn’t care at all about what’s going on. The staff follows their lead — lazy, disrespectful, and totally disorganized.

While I was there, I saw a woman politely ask a staff member to clean a filthy table. The worker laughed in her face and ignored her, and the manager standing nearby just shrugged like it was normal. No effort to help, no respect for anyone.

Even worse, while waiting for my food, I saw one of the staff arguing loudly with another worker behind the counter — and one of them spit toward the food area. Whether it landed or not, the fact that it even happened shows exactly how little they care about hygiene or customers' safety. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is filthy, chaotic, and run by people who should not be allowed anywhere near a restaurant. Management clearly doesn’t care about health, respect, or basic human decency.

Save yourself the headache, the disgust, and the disrespect — stay far, far away from this joke of...

I had a very unpleasant experience at Patagonia, Newell in Hallandale. Getting a table to sit and eat is nearly impossible because there is no organization, and customers practically have to fight for a seat.

The worst part happened when I finally found a small table for two. While waiting for my husband, who was ordering food, a man came and sat at my table without permission. He claimed he had already ordered and was taking the table. I explained that I was already sitting there waiting for my husband, but he refused to move and basically took my spot.

When I went to the staff and the manager to ask for help, they completely ignored the situation. They made no effort to resolve the issue or ask the man to respect my space. Their attitude was completely indifferent, as if they didn’t care about the customers at all.

On top of that, the place is dirty and disorganized. The food is okay, but it’s not worth coming back when customer service is nonexistent and the atmosphere is so chaotic.

If you’re looking for a place where you can eat in peace with a basic level of respect, I do not recommend...

Rude!! Extremely rude. We enter the restaurant and we got hit with an obnoxious clorox smell that got in our thoats. When we mentioned that, the employees were clearly annoyed that we mentioned that, they say they're are cleaning and nothing they can do, I asked if they could put a small table outside so we could still enjoy a meal and one of the men cleaning, not even in uniform, tells us that it is not posible but that we can go to the pizzeria next door to eat if the smell bothered us. I rplied that we came here on purpose to enjoy one of their dishes not to eat pizza, when I asked if they were getting ready to close at 6:30pm, the man said they close at 10pm but that they have to clean, and if I don't like it I can go next door.

Coming from the hospitality industry and working for 5 star service business I was shocked by that replied... and disgusted. The attitude was arrogant and clearly don't care about service or customer service.
