We rented for a week from Pablo .Great Guy any questions he'll answer you right away.Apt was good but needs some updates great access to beach n pool .Gym is open 24 hrs. people working in the building were friendly.Parking is $ 100 for a week which I thought was expensive also $20 for the parking tag (refundable) that gets u in and out of parking lot and you'll get two key fobs ($30.00each) in and out of the building pool and access to the beach.in the begining I was annoyed with all these extra fees but seeing how everything works they don't want anyone from outside getting access and the only way to keep the access private they have all these security measures I saw security checking tags in parking lot and the pool every day even in the nite time.first I thought they overcharging with all these fees and when I saw fees at Diplomat resort which is couple of buildings away I was like nope this is decent.Reason for not giving five stars is my last 3 days access to the beach was closed due to construction and we had to walk to next building to go to beach which was annoying also the place could use some updates like the doors hard to close the refrigerator didn't close all the way.Other than that place was well stocked with Beach towels and shower.also hand soap and dish washing soap.pool area was quiet and clean public restrooms were clean and shower was available by the pool . beach was very...

Key fobs didn’t work and refused to replace them until the next day at 9. You need the keys to use the elevator and get in the building so we were essentially stuck inside. They made no accommodations for this issue. Our key fobs never worked to access the beach so had to rely on other people to open it. The pool closes at sunset so around 8 which means you have nothing to do for the rest of the time. Finally, the staff was NOT friendly or accommodating.
