You can spend a lot of money on the coast in Florida, but you don't always get value for it like you do at HeedSpa and HeedBeach. They treat you like they want you to come back, and your experience really matters to them - because the service they are selling matters to them. We had the most phenomenal day today, this is a fantastic business. Here's some helpful hints:

BEACH - We did VIP for a day at the beach. Jorge was amazing. Call them, there's lots of different options, but if you can get a bed on the beach with a few tables and umbrellas, that's what we did. They put up a small beach fence and gave us all the umbrellas we wanted. They brought out an ice chest and bottles water. There were towels as well, but I think this might just be for VIP otherwise it may be extra. SPA - This is the perfect spot if you are checking out of a hotel early bit have a late flight. We spent the day on the beach, booked a spa appt for late in the day. We were able to shower before and after. Towels, robes, rubber Sandals, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. BEACH - There are cabanas and day beds in the VIP area These are up off the beach near the bar. The beds do not have umbrellas so these may be extra, just call - they Will customize for your needs. The cabanas do not face the ocean, but provide full coverage from the sun. BEACH - Bar and food from Etaru for lunch. Juices, alcoholic drinks, coconut juice in a coconut. Some GF and vegetarian options. No service on the beach due to covid but it's not far. SPA - massage was heavenly. We did a couples massage with a view of the beach. Even though I arrived at Heed Spa with all the grace of a toddler in the throes of a tantrum, the staff rose to the challenge and turned my reluctance into utter relaxation. Their unshakable patience and commitment to creating a positive experience were truly remarkable.

From the moment we stepped inside, the team’s warmth and professionalism began to chip away at my resistance. Marina at the front desk was a standout, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her outstanding customer service, attentiveness, and genuine care helped ease my hesitancy and set the stage for what was to come.

The couples massage itself was nothing short of transformative. As a first-timer, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The therapist’s expertise and dedication created the perfect mix of relaxation and renewal. Sharing this special experience with my beloved made it all the more meaningful.

This was one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve ever had leaving a spa day. The only time I have ever left a spa feeling worse than I walked in .

I came here as a birthday gift to use a spa package that was purchased for me and I received a massage and facial. By the time the facial was finished I looked in the mirror and saw and felt my face so raw burnt and swollen. It was pretty much hurting and uncomfortable during the whole facial.

I kept getting hot steam blown in my face and constantly telling the lady that it was too hot. She then did extractions for an extremely long time. These extractions felt like she was rubbing the top layer of my skin which she most certainly did.

She proceeded to continue the facial and add various creams that burnt even more without disclosing what she was adding to my face. After the facial I look in the mirror and my face is a red, stinging, burning mess. I feel so distraught since I went in feeling confident and left feeling deceived , disappointed and physically scarred.

Also be warned after I expressed my discontents with the service no one took accountability, they tried to charge me on top of the gift service and claimed they would take 10% off which would still leave me to pay on top of a deposit for a GIFT that included 20% tip and service charges.
