Sugar Nails & Spa — Local services in Hallandale Beach

Sadly i keep looking for a nail salon in the Hallandale/Hollywood area. I was a walk in & i understand will need to wait but they said 10 minutes & i ended up waiting 30, i didn’t saying anything during that time since i noticed there were only two employees. I just wish they had been more honest. After the first guy glued my acrylics on , he passed over to another guy so he can start another client. (that should have been my sign to leave) I never complain about someone’s ability to do their job but the second guy was placing the acrylic all wrong & it was super bulky, & i asked for straight squares nails and they looked nothing like that. He then proceeded to drill and buff my nails even though they were not straight & some of the edges were missing acrylic. That’s when i asked the original first guy if the second guy knew what he was doing & he then said “don’t worry i’ll take care of you” . He stopped the client we was helping & proceed to “finish my nails” . He did straighten them out a bit but i told him there was acrylic missing & he told me that when he “buffed it out” it will spread. I’ve been doing my nails for almost 12 years , i knew that was impossible! but i’m not going to question someone at their job… the photos will finish saying what i need to say … job was messy , not the same size & shape & to be charged almost $60 for this is ridiculous. Never going back here & please...

Called before I came the gentleman that works there said to give him 30 minutes then head there. I arrived 30 minutes later and was told I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. Normally I’d just leave and go somewhere else but it was Sunday and my bday was the next day so I waited and waited and finally it was just me and one other girl who was able to walk right in and get serviced I finally got someone to take care of me only he did the worst job ever... he did not remove my old nails he just filed them down and due a poor fill in with acrylic even though I told him I had powder he then poorly polished over the acrylic and the powder and this was after 8pm now so I’d been there a total of 3 hours and this was my experience. I’d like them to take note of this...

Is very expensive $35 +5 dollars for the buffer of my hands nails the massage was very limited the exfoliation was limited the buffing too. She stop doing my toenails to go and do somebody’s eyebrow and she didn’t even ask me. she just left me there, the chairs are uncomfortable there is not even massage chair and they have unfortunately the kid in the room crying during the time. It wasn’t a very good experience they should read this review and work on the salon for a better service. At the end it is an spa is to relax with no worries about the treatment and you don’t pay that much money for a regular manicure with a buffer and very simple pedicure and it was not even a spa pedicure. I hope they take it in...
