The first time I ate there, the food was ok but the service wasn’t the greatest. Fine no biggie, at least we were able to get West Indian food while we were in Tampa. We stopped again yesterday and not only was the service terrible but so was the food. We sat at a booth waiting to be served for more than 20 mins, had to be closer to 30. My Husband ordered oxtail with rice and peas with gravy on the rice. Their portions are significantly off, about 20% or the container was oxtail, no rice on the gravy and the 70% was Rice leaving 10% for Cabbage. His plate wasn’t terrible, until you look at the styrofoam container and see the rim curled up from being heated up in the microwave for too long, Terrible! Fast forward to my plate, I ordered Curry Goat, Cabbage and Salad, no rice. my portions were better than my Husbands but Goat was COLD, I has no curried up edges along the sides of my styrofoam container, I guess they didn’t leave it in the microwave long enough. The Cabbage was ok but my Salad, my $5 salad was made of the same Cabbage they use to steam as a side for the food, mushy tomatoes and mushy cucumber. It was disgusting. I would be embarrassed to serve anything like what we paid $60 for yesterday inside my Home much less at a Restaurant. That was absolutely Ridiculous. I’m pretty sure they had to re-heat my Goat from the days previous’ food and although taking 20+ mins they still brought it out cold and very bony. There were more bones in the goat that meat. If you don’t have Goat meat, say so. Don’t offer it and give your customers Terrible food and Terrible Service. Where do I start. SMALL PORTIONS & OVER PRICE.Went there for a celebration dinner once we sat down it took a while to get drinks. Service to our tables was very slow. Waiters seemed to be in a corner talking among themselves rather then waiting the tables. Once we placed our food it took 30 mintues for the food to come out for it to not be fresh. I had the oxtail and curry goat. Curry goat seemed fresh and hot. My oxtail however was cold and had too much fat on it. Order a side of shrimp. Which states shrimp skewers. Shrimp came out with some type of residue sauce menu did not state it came with sauce on it. The sauce wasn't my cup of tea. We asked if it can be made without the sauce. The shrimps came back with residue of the sauce from before meaning THEY JUST WASHED THE SHRIMP OFF. Did not recooked the shrimp at all. The service was bad took a while to get a refill on drinks and condiments. My meal came with three pieces of oxtails and three little pieces of curry goat. My husband order the two meats. He got fried chicken and jerk chicken. The fried chicken was reheated and not fresh. For the prices they charge the chicken NEEDED to be fresh. His fried chicken was cold and dark brown soggy not crispy at all. Overall...

Crazy how much time I give this business for them to keep up the same foolery. Hence why I stopped going here for a long time. Let’s not back track about idk bad habits I’ve experienced at this location. TODAY I called, a young woman answered. I gave her the reason for my phone call she said let me check. Call dropped. I called again. A young man answered. Gave him the reason for my phone call and he said let me check. Call dropped. Called back immediately, more than 10 times actually. No response. It’s disgusting behavior and service to operate like this when you have to look your customers in the face anyway. Cmon, do better. You already set your standards above MOST Caribbean restaurants regarding customer service. If you’re going to provide a service, follow through. It’s nasty behavior not to. I will be complaining about this day during my next visit. Every time it’s some other issue with this place. The level of service needs to match the culinary skills man. Stop playing around with people and expecting them to return with their earned wages....
