Just want to say , this is a nice place to stay. Very clean good location and the staff are very nice. I would recommend it. So the reason I gave it 3 stars and not 4 is the following (note this is not to put the place down or to complaint, it's only so the owner or manager can improve) . The first thing is the carpets need to be steamed badly. There is a musty order in the room. I thought it was just my room but the hallway smells a little musty also. Not as much as the bedroom tho. I think a good steam cleaning would be good. I asked the front desk if they had air freshener to spray the room. They sent someone and they spread a little carpet deodorant powder. That's the white stuff you may see in the pictures. It helped a little. Second thing is breakfast. It was ok. The pancake and French toast🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ I couldn't even bit it off. It was so rubbery. Didn't taste it at all. Now coffee. Although they have 2 little machines that give off coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino and a couple of other things, I think they should have Individual coffee makers. One for every different kind of coffee. It just taste better (fresh). They do not have waffles or a waffle machine. Sucks. Nothing like some fresh waffles for breakfast. I love home fries but these weren't really that good at all. Scrambled eggs (ok) Didn't taste the sausage patties so I don't know about that. Also, there is a automated door located next to the front desk(on the side)that was always having problems opening. Guest had to go around to the front door to get in and out (sometimes). Another thing is that the other exits for the guest are just that ,exits. You can't come back in with you room key card. Sucks. And last of all the key cards. One of my key card kept on deactivating. Don't know why. Don't know if it was the same card either but I had to go more than ones to the front desk to reactivate it. The cards was in the (card sleeve) that is given to you and the cards were never touching or placed next to any electronic devices (phone, laptop, etc) Other than that it was a nice visit. I didn't use the gym or the pool so I can't comment on that. I saw a family in the pool the first day having fun so I guess it was good. Again, I'm not putting down this place. I in fact, recommend it. Very nice place to say. Nice staff also. I hope the property owners would really take into consideration my observation and hopefully correct them . This is my 5 time staying here. When I first stayed here it was a definitely 4 to 5 hotel. I wish I get back that way. I included some pics just so you can see updated photos. Ow another thing, the remotes to the tv was having problems. It wouldn't change the channel up only down and you really had to press the button to work. Plus you had to be almost 2 feet away to point at the tv so it would work. Thank you for taking time to read this. Excuse the typos in these comments. Take care. Enjoy and...
Read moreMy check in was delayed 10 minutes as the front desk woman was constantly dealing with radio calls.
Hotel is located right next to the highway, except no quiet while trying to enjoy the pool. The water feature in the outdoor area was meant to “white noise “ the sound of highway traffic along with loud music which was annoying.
There is a security risk at this hotel, they have to have someone monitor the parking lot. It’s also 100 feet from a strip club.
My rooms toilet had flushing issues since my arrival, requiring a plunger. I was told the plunger is being used by another guest, this was after 11Pm.
So that means a hotel with all those rooms has ONE plunger, for the entire hotel? Why would you let the patron KEEP the plunger over night? Guess what it did? I had no damn bathroom the entire night. I had to use the public toilet near the check in desk. It was like I was bothering the front desk girl who works from 11-7AM. She stated she would send the repair Man in to my room at 9AM. I call the front desk at 9:45AM asking what happen, the morning desk agent had no record of this.
But it gets better, turns out this plumbing issue was effecting the room adjacent and the water started to OVERFLOW! It flooded my room and once the valve was turned off the water drained.
Guess what crawled out the soiled toilet and dirty shower? It had multiple legs and was brown and rather fast... check the photo.
I was given another room a few doors down and had to export some of my personal items just to take a shower. When I return to my old disaster of a room; the repair main is knocking on my door and I’m half dressed. He didnt speak very clearly, he was foreign and it took some time for us to converse.
Here is my problem, he knew of a specific issue in my bathroom that I didn’t report to the front desk, BEFORE I let him in. So what the hell does that mean? Did he come into my room without my permission, while I was away? I quizzed him on this and he mumbled and left the room quickly. I started to check all my remaining belongings right away.
Overall the staff was not competent, cleaniless was horrid and I will never stay at another best western anything. This location isn’t even owned by best western anymore, most of them are now being split up and owned by the management companies individually.

Read moreIf I could could give this hotel a 6 star rating I would, unfortunately only 5 is allowed. I can't say enough good things about this hotel without sounding biased. Our stay was amazing and memorable for all the right reasons. I have to start off with the staff - Pratima, Front Desk, Diana, Housekeeping and Carmen, at the full all-you-can-eat breakfast. These three people were exceptional, they all had friendly and cheerful personalities, always very helpful and courteous, offered incredible customer service and greeted you with a friendly smile every time. All the other staff we came into contact with were also very attentive and congenial. The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh, we continually saw the staff sweeping, wiping, washing the floors and vacuuming. All the amenities including the gym (very well equipped), the pool and the breakfast available from 6:30am to 9:30am were exceptional. I guarantee you will not leave the breakfast hungry - juice, coffee, all sort of bread and bagels, cereals, pancakes, omelettes, bacon, sausages, yogurt, fresh fruit and more … Now for the room, very clean, fresh smelling, well appointed, extremely comfortable bed, shower with lots of pressure, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker - wow, all the conveniences of home. Lastly - the location. The hotel is one block away from I95 and minutes from Route 1 and A1A. We were very close to 2 major malls, restaurants, fast food outlets, a Casino, beaches as well as to Hollywood, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. I hope you took the time to read this all, but it all had to be said to really tell you how amazing this place was and how it added to the great vacation my Wife and I had. To sum this all up - why would you not want to stay there? Did I mention free parking, free computer with printer in the lobby and...
