I don't recommend anyone shop at this location, due to their bait and switch practices. We attempted to buy two pair of Foster Grant reading glasses at the advertised $15.99 ea. BOGO price, that was listed on the display rack. The BOGO deal was advertised to be good thru March 19th (today is only the 14th). When they rang the glasses up on the register, the price per set came to $29.99 ea. (instead of the $15.99 ea. advertised price). When we protested, the manage on duty "Dwight" walked over to the display case with us to verify the price, and he said "this price is only on Walgreen's models and that the special price was no longer in effect anyway.'' Again, we pointed out that the price clearly states "$15.99 on both the Foster Grant brand and/or Walgreens Reader brand, and that the BOGO offer also stated "Good thru MAR 19" Dwight (the manager) still stuck to his story, despite us showing him again where it clearly says Foster Grant brand included and also that the price marked was good until March 19th. "Dwight" also didn't remove the promo pricing sticker from the display, even though he just said it was not correct. Now other shoppers may be misled into believing the price is $15.99 per pair; unfortunately some shoppers won't notice when their items get rung up, and others won't have the courage to dispute the higher price, so they'll simply fall victim to getting ripped off. I have included supporting pics; you be the judge...

I went to get the COVID-19 vaccine on Friday, April 19, 2024, the man who was in charge of doing this procedure, despite not having a pleasant attitude towards me at any time, injected me with the vaccine in a very unpleasant manner. So, since I felt the needle it hurt (something that almost never happens to me) and I felt that the liquid was injected very quickly that I even heard that it came in with bubbles, the liquid hurt me a lot (something that had never happened to me before with a COVID-19 vaccine), but okay, I wanted to think that this man was having a bad day, I'm pregnant and I thought maybe that made me more sensitive, but once I left there I immediately started having pain in my arm and in a lymph node in my left chest, I let it pass too, the next day I was red and very hard where he injected me and I couldn't even touch me, the next day Sunday, I have more red, harder and feverish (I attached the photos). I just want to prevent this very bad experience from happening to someone else at this Walgreens, if you need to get vaccinated, go to another location, since this is not a pleasant thing to be happening because of a person who is simply not professional in his job.

Made my appointment for a COVID test 3 days in advance. Pulled up to the drive through and there was a piece of paper printed out on the window notifying me that COVID testing was cancelled for the day. No notification prior, I even got my confirmation email the same morning. Now I have to wait another 2-3 days for another appointment to get cleared to go back to work. Based on the other reviews for this location, their pharmacy staff needs some help. Fast food workers are held to a higher standard than this, I never expected to get “Ice cream machine broke” regarding a PCR test during an international pandemic.

I am writing to share my recent experience with the Walgreens pharmacy, which unfortunately did not meet the level of professionalism I expect. I called to place a medication order, and two pharmacy staff members answered the phone. I explained the urgency of the situation, as the patient was in considerable pain, and the pharmacy's closing time of 6 PM was rapidly approaching (it was already 2:40 PM). I also emphasized that I had attempted to leave a voicemail but was transferred back to the live staff.

Instead of acknowledging the urgency, the staff member instructed me to leave the message on voicemail again, which I had already tried to do. When I reiterated my concern and explained the issue, the staff member misheard me and suggested I call back in an hour. This response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive of the patient's immediate needs.

After some back and forth, I was eventually transferred to voicemail and was able to place the order. I informed the patient of the situation, and they expressed disappointment with the lack of empathy and professionalism, noting that they were already aware of the pharmacy's reputation for rudeness. Ultimately, they decided to have the prescription filled elsewhere.

This experience was frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the importance of the medication to the patient's well-being. I hope that the pharmacy staff will work on improving their communication and customer service in the future, as this incident reflects poorly on the overall standard of care that should be provided to...

Kerline the manager is the rudest ever! Every time I ask her for a product that is not on the shelf or a question she starts scratching her head with attitude and cracking her neck as if I am bothering her. I asked her to open the restroom for me while she was talking to another employee and she told me I had to wait until she finished talking to the employee to open. I once went back for a return which I thought I was going to get cash for and when I asked her why I was getting a store credit she told me but if I don't want the credit I didn't have to take it with an attitude. The night manager Eric is constantly talking bad about other customers in front of customers he starts closing the store 45 minutes before closing time on the loud speaker. Not to mention reminding you when you come into the store that they are about to close. Insinuating that when customers are making returns it is because they are stealing the merchandise from other stores. The nicest people there are the cashiers otherwise their management suck insinuating that when customers are making returns it is because they are stealing the merchandise from other stores. The nicest people there are the cashiers otherwise their management is terrible! How do these people get their positions? I think I will be taking my business to CVS...
