The most underrated Turkish restaurant not only in Miami but also arguably in the US. I have been trying Turkish food at almost every city I visit in USA. Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Manhattan, Patterson, Cherry Hill, Fairfax, New Haven, Houston, Philadelphia, and maybe dozens more. Rarely any other place matches the quality and the authenticity that Marash offers. I would rate this restaurant among the top 2 Turkish restaurants in the US (the other has a Micheline star which Marash deserves in my humble opinion). The chef is very detail oriented and paid attention to every detail to make sure that he offers the best of the best. We started with lentil soap which was excellent. The kabobs were marinated to be extremely tasty and cooked to perfection,. The appetizers were fresh and extremely tasty as well. In the end, the baklava and tea finalized the feast for us. As anywhere else, when I visited Miami I tried highly rated restaurants and I can comfortably say that many ratings of other restaurants are fake. Marash is well ahead of many other similarly rated restaurants in and around Miami. Comparing with 3 other places, the cleanless and the ambiance of Marash is also well ahead of all others. The prices are reasonable and parking space is available next to the restaurant (the only restaurant for which I did not have to pay very high parking fees which is hard to avoid in this area). I would highly recommend this place.

Taste of Turkey in every bite. Marash Turkish Cuisine delivers an authentic, soul-satisfying experience from start to finish. I started with the meze platter, which was a vibrant medley of textures and flavors- each dip balanced beautifully and served fresh. The lentil soup was hearty and comforting, while the chicken soup had a depth of flavor that felt like something from a Turkish grandmother’s kitchen. For the main course, the beef güveç was a standout—slow-cooked, rich, and aromatic, perfectly paired with a chilled glass of ayran that balanced the spices. The meal ended on the perfect note with katmer, a flaky pistachio dessert served warm with ice cream. Add to that a cup of strong Turkish tea, and I felt like I’d been transported straight to Gaziantep. The hospitality was just as memorable-genuine, warm, and attentive without being overbearing. If you’re craving authentic Turkish cuisine that honors tradition with every dish, Marash is a must-visit.

If you’re craving authentic Turkish flavors, drop what you’re doing and get yourself to Marash Turkish Cuisine! My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining here and were blown away by both the quality of the food and the warmth of the hospitality. Huge shoutout to Şadi for making us feel like family (the kind that gets fed really, really well). We started with the Mixed Mezzeh, a selection of traditional spreads served with a basket of freshly made pita. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick off the meal. For the main course, we shared the Mixed Grill Platter, and it was truly a feast for the senses — beautifully presented and unbelievably delicious, with every item grilled to perfection. I highly recommend Marash to anyone looking for amazing food that’s made with heart, soul, and serious skill. We can’t wait to come back and explore even more of the menu!

I recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a great Mediterranean restaurant, as this is the cuisine I grew up with. I found a place that seemed promising, and since I always support mom-and-pop establishments, I decided to give it a try.

Upon arrival, I was met by a wonderful waitress who seated me promptly and was very friendly. She made some recommendations, and I ordered hummus to start, kebabs for the main course, and dessert afterward. The hummus was great, and the pita bread was warm but not toasted. However, when the kebabs arrived, I was very disappointed. They tasted as though they had been marinated for days in the fridge, resulting in a mushy texture that was quite unappetizing. I ate what I could and hoped that the kanafa dessert would redeem the meal.

Unfortunately, the kanafa was equally disappointing. It tasted as though it had been prepared days ago, stored in the fridge, and simply reheated in an oven. As someone who grew up making this dessert and frequently ordering it in restaurants, this was the first time I found it inedible after just one bite. It's hard to ruin a dish with only four ingredients, but they managed to do so.

When I informed the server, she took the dessert back to the chef, who insisted on charging me for it despite its poor quality. The chef seemed more concerned about payment than ensuring a positive dining experience.

I requested the check and left a 20% tip for the server, as she was not at fault for the poor quality of the food or the chef's lack of customer service. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the subpar food and the chef's disregard for customer...

Nestled in the heart of Hallandale Beach, Marash Restaurant beckons with promises of culinary delight, and it certainly delivers. My recent dining experience at Marash left an indelible mark, showcasing a fusion of flavors that transported me to the bustling streets of Turkey.

Upon stepping into Marash, the ambiance instantly sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. The warm hues and inviting decor create an atmosphere that is simultaneously cozy and elegant, perfect for any occasion.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the food. I had the pleasure of indulging in their renowned Iskender Kebab, and every bite was a revelation. The tender, succulent meat, paired with fragrant spices and nestled atop a bed of fluffy rice, was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. It's safe to say that Marash has mastered the art of culinary craftsmanship, elevating traditional Turkish cuisine to new heights.

What truly sets Marash apart, however, is not just the food, but the hospitality that accompanies it. The owner, whose passion for his craft is palpable, exudes warmth and genuine care for his guests. His attentiveness and kindness added an extra layer of charm to the dining experience, making me feel like a valued member of the Marash family.

In conclusion, Marash Restaurant is a true gem that deserves to be celebrated. From the delectable cuisine to the heartfelt hospitality, every aspect of the dining experience is a testament to the restaurant's dedication to excellence. Whether you're a seasoned food connoisseur or simply looking for a memorable meal, Marash is sure to exceed your...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Marash Turkish Cuisine a charming little Turkish restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home.( Memet I hope spelled correctly was so charming and great!)

We started our meal with the eggplant and lamb dishes, which were nothing short of spectacular. The eggplants were perfectly roasted, and gave a dish that smoky depth of flavor that paired beautifully with the tender, succulent lamb. Each bite was a delightful experience. Next, we indulged in the falafel and hummus appetizers. The falafel was crispy on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside, bursting with herbs and spices. The hummus was creamy and rich, making it the perfect accompaniment for dipping.

To complement our meal, we were served authentic Turkish tea that was both fragrant and soothing. It was a lovely touch and reminded me of my childhood, we couldn’t resist trying the baklava, and it was honestly the freshest and most delicious baklava I have ever tasted. The layers of pastry were perfectly flaky, and the sweet syrup soaked in just right, making it a heavenly ending to our meal.

Overall, Marash is a hidden gem that offers an authentic taste of Turkey in a cozy setting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and a warm atmosphere. I can’t wait to return and explore more...
