No one at this place was friendly or very attentive. I took my daughter to get a pedicure, and the lady that took care of my seven year old acted ticked off that she had to do it. She never smiled or looked up except once when I told her we were only going to get my daughter a pedicure since we wouldn't be able to get them together. I didn't want my daughter having to wait on me, so I would get a polish only. She stared at me blankly, then acted perturbed about it, and continued on with my daughter. My daughter looked over at me with an uneasy look, because even she at seven years old caught the annoyed attitude of the lady. The lady that took care of me wasn't friendly either, and just rushed me through, though she wasn't quite as awkward as the lady who was with my daughter. We won't go back. The results were fine, but the massage chair didn't work and the unfriendliness was uncomfortable. Eh, it's nothing special.. most businesses that used to be here are abandoned and no longer there. It's a little depressing to look at. I'm not sure why I went there.. I was looking for the UPS store and they were unhelpful and charge way to much to notarize something. I was told each UPS store is independently owned and operated, so they can charge what they want to for services, like notarizing things. The UPS store in Maryville, TN only charged $5 and did it correctly... this location wanted $25 and said they couldn't do it the way I needed them to.. so, I left and drove to Maryville. I guess if you just need to ship something via UPS, they could do that right, but I won't be back to find out. The Notary Public there was rude and didn't seem to care if she lost someone's...

Well.... this IS the ONLY Japanese place that makes THE BEST veggies to go on your plate!! Its where KOBE is located!! We drive all the way from south Knox to go get good here!! Its kindve pricey but my love and I share a plate..I suggest if your hungry to get your own plate... which runs about 11.45 a plate or some where around there but almost 12$ if they could get that price down to under 10 I'd say they would have a lot more traffic but this place is amazing!!
