I really wish I could give this location zero stars based on the experience I just had. The service was unprofessional and completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.
First, I ordered a mini cookie dough blast with extra cookie dough. The screen showed a medium, which I corrected, and they adjustedāno problem. But when they brought out the blast, it was still a medium and didnāt have the extra cookie dough as requested, which disappointed my four-year-old. Still, that wasnāt the worst part.
The real issue began when I gave the employee my debit card. She came back saying it wasnāt authorizedāimplying I couldnāt use my own card that clearly had my name on it. I asked if I could retry it at one of the stalls, and she refused. I asked her to simply run it again, and she insisted I return the blast my daughter was already eating if I couldnāt provide another payment method.
After insisting for her to try the card again, she came backāreceipt in handāand guess what? It went through just fine.
Instead of blaming the customer, maybe focus on fixing the system or improving your staffās training. Iāve worked in customer service for over 15 years, and rule number one: you donāt argue with a customer, especially over a $5 ice cream cookie doe blast thing. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt on more than one occasion but have never left this place in a reasonable amount of time. My orders are always messed up. The staff is rude and can't seem to understand simple requests. They never bring out condiments or napkins even though they can plainly see that your milkshake had leaked down the side. Every Jr Double Cheeseburger i order comes out as a plain single. I'm sitting her having them correct my order for the second time tonight. They brought out a JR Double the second time but forgot the cheese. Our initial order took 15 minutes and each time they correct my burger it's another 10-15 minute wait. They're not busy right now. This honestly happens every time we come here. One night we waited for 45 minutes and when the order finally came, it was wrong. Tonight was the last time I will ever come here. Their corporate office really needs to do...

She came out and said they'd made it wrong and we're going to remake it. When they finally brought it out, it was still wrong in fact I can't imagine it could have been more wrong I had paid $10 for two drinks one being a watermelon slush the other one being a strawberry limeade with extra strawberry, nerds and make it dirty... Which I was charged for all those things and none of those were done in fact there was so much ice in the cup that there was about three sips of Sprite and what look like one spoonful of strawberry in a large cup. Now I've worked in the service industry before and I'm aware that we can get behind and things get made wrong but you have got to be kidding me with this BS you charge me nearly $7 for a drink and all the extras and I pay it and you can't even half-ass make it right come on now......
