Usually I would give this place 5 stars. I love the fact that I can get so much bang for my buck. The only real downfall to shopping here is you really need to pay attention to expiration dates. And for me personally thats not even a huge deal unless it is a perishable item. Prices are more than half off what you pay at a big chain. Example: Vans gluten free crackers.....89 cents at UGO. $2.99 at Kroger. If you check your dates and really look over your produce you can save a ton of money buying the same items that you would get elsewhere. And when you see a steal.....grab it!! There is no guarantee they will still have it on your next shopping trip. They are after all, an outlet store. So the inventory is constantly changing.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 is my cashier was not at all friendly. That is not typical. But I have been in many times and this woman is never in a good mood and has very little to say to her customers. Today I didn't even get a hello out of her. But again, that is not the norm.....all of the other...
Read moreI go here often for discounted groceries. Some things aren't amazing prices, but everything is reasonable and you can find Great deals at times. Most items are close to or a little past their expiration dates, and as long as I use or freeze, it's been fine. But be aware if that bothers you, this isn't the store for you. Usually reasonably clean, employees are generally courteous with some occasional lack of motivation to do things well or quickly. Stock is always changing, so they may not have the exact brand or type of food you're wanting in a given day, but they usually have Something. Overall, a good enough experience that I...
Read moreI always enjoy going to this location on Chapman hwy.I never know exactly what I will find . The prices are very affordable for me . My children always get some things the like there snack iles. For me I go for the cold cuts there normally a good selection of hotdogs and breakfast sausages ( Turkey) . There prices are well below the regular shopping stores. The frozen food section has big boxes of precooked chicken tenders and chicken patties. I also check the dairy products out to . The egg I buy from the store is always a blessing because the carton always has a bible scripture out of the Psalms of King David . I believe it says This is the day the Lord has made We will be glad and rejoice in it. Very good to see some stores still have a small root of the...
