My experience started out well. Our refrigerator died and we needed an emergency temporary replacement until our new one was able to be delivered. Aaron's was able to get us a rental that day. Then the issues started - we were given a delivery window between 3-7. It didn't arrive until 8:30, which was annoying but our hands were tied as we needed the refrigerator badly and the delivery guys were super nice. Then after two weeks we called to have it picked up, as our new fridge was set to be delivered. We called the day before and they told us no problem, they would be here July 18th between 3-7. No one showed up, no one called to cancel, nothing. And again today, July 19th, no one called. We had to call and the answer we received was "I don't know what happened but we can't pick it up today either, it will have to be tomorrow." Now that is beyond poor customer service. Suffice it to say after a short conversation and request for contact information for their headquarters there was a sudden cancellation. Very convenient. They were here ahead of schedule to pick up. Never again! And just to let future customers know - they charge you for a full month of use even if it gets returned early and when they pick up they do not give you a receipt or proof that they...

The sales staff inside the store (Carmen) ran my credit card for a bedroom set and tv stand, but didnāt put my complete order in the computer system which then she turned around and sold the TV stand to another customer that I paid for. Iāve been waiting for these items since November 15th and I had to call several times and go into the store to find out she never did her job or had the common courtesy or the professionalism to contact me in regards to this matter. The manager Danny is rude and has this arrogant demeanor that makes it EXCRUCIATING to talk to her. Iāve been in the store multiple times to make payments and Shes rude to her employees as well. Very demanding. She should be taught to humble herself before someone does it for her. It seems as if she talks down to you no matter who you are.
