Purchased an item through their website in OCTOBER 2022 (Called before hand to ask if it was available, they said yes that it would arrive the next week). Product never arrived and when I called over the next couple of weeks; they reassured me the item would arrive the "next week". This happened multiple times before I decided to ask for a refund.
